A little dated here and there and check in is at a different location, however easy to manage. The apartment block is situated perfectly in Surfers Paradise, great place to stay with a family. Room amenities are a plus, having a washing machine was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Despite selecting pay at property we were harassed with the threat to cancel the booking for full payment 1 month prior to check in. No in person communication at all. Stove top was smashed and range hood extremely fragile. They did supply a portable plug in hot plate. No iron but 2 ironing boards. Walk in robe was cluttered with a baby walker and sand toys. We were not notified of scheduled maintenance which meant ropes banging on the windows at 2am each morning and men hanging outside the windows from 6am with loud music each day. Location is great. Overall disappointing.
