I booked a beachfront bungalow many weeks in advance of my trip to Koh Phangnan. They hotel msg’d me 2 hours before check in while I was on the ferry to the island to tell me they double booked and my bungalow was not available. Then they were rude to me about it when I asked to cancel and refund. They said they’d cancelled and refunded me but at the time of writing this review Expedia are still trying to contact the hotel to confirm and provide a refund. Avoid these rude people and their incompetence around reservations. Better options all over the island.

Think twice

Booked the hotel because of Beach, AC, free parking (that was the filter) got a email with special instructions "ony way to go there is by 4x4" so i called the hotel and the agree to cancel for a full refund but hotels.com had to call them. later hotel.com told me no the don't agree and no refund. So think 2 times if you go there YOU ARE TO 100% UP FROM THEM !! you eat what the have you pay what the ask and if the are in bad mud you can not go out !!

Sehr schöner Strand, umgeben vom Jungel und Meer. Die Anlage und die Bungalows haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Wer es jedoch günstig und einfach haben möchte, ist hier richtig.

Skønt afslappet sted.

Skønt sted - jeg vil mene det bedste på Bottle Beach. Dejlige værelser, fantastisk strand og massage, stort poolområde, god atmosfære. Det eneste jeg manglede var måske et lidt større udvalg på menukortet. Transporten til stedet er for dyr! Skal jeg til Bottle Beach vil jeg bo her igen.

Das Bungalow direkt am Strand war purer Luxus. Gerade mit Kindern. Ansonsten eher klein und bereits etwas älter, aber immer noch gut. Das Essen war manchmal gut manchmal mässig. wir gingen oft in das direkt benachbarte am ende der beach. dort wars konstant sehr gut. wir werden wieder kommen

Bottle Beach 1 Resort

Uns als Familie hat es super gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. In jedem Bungalow gab es einen Fernseher, mini bar und Safe leider keinen Wasserkocher. Die Betten könnten für unseren geschmack bequemer sein. Es gibt eine 24h Rezeption die steht's freundlich war. Egal von welchen Bungalow man ist gleich am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Kinderfreundlich. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen und sehr schön. Man kann zwei Wanderungen von hier aus machen 1x zum Viewpoint ca 50min einfach. Und einen zu nem Nachbarstrand ca 2h. ( wo Affen und Schlangen gesehen wurden ) ws gibt min. 4 verschiedene Restaurants am Strand mit Meer Blick. Das Wasser war sehr angenehm. Uns hat es alles zusammen sehr gut gefallen.

Hotel is right on the beach..we stayed on the beach front bungalows..amazing..staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you..2-3 nice restaurants on the beach which were lovely at night..the best beach I’ve been to in Thailand! Can’t recomm enough!

Hotel dans un cadre paradisiaque. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était verte pas très attirante et elle est restée dans cet état pendant notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir un lit double et un lit simple pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants... La plage est vraiment très belle et calme (nous étions en saison calme) Le prix des consommations est assez élevé, pensez à venir avec des espèces car taxe de 3% sur le prix final si paiement par CB (hors frais de banque) Le personnel est très sympathique. Pensez à l'anti moustique ainsi qu'aux crèmes solaires. Bon voyage, endroit à découvrir.

Bottle Beach is the Best! ❤️

We can’t say enough positive things about a Bottle Beach! Location is private/secluded, very peaceful! Getting there is either by taxi and then longboat OR contact the resort and arrange a truck to meet you at the pier for a fee. Beach is beautiful, good for swimming, not so much for snorkeling. Cottages are spacious and clean. Wifi is good. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is delicious. BUT the best part of Bottle Beach is the staff! Hardworking from morning till night and happy the whole time! Loved them all and was sad to leave. Will be back!

Extremely rude staff - dated rooms.

The staff here are extremely rude - especially reception staff. Surly and unwilling to help! Once here you're trapped unless you pay exorbitant taxi and boat rates in and out. Go to bottle beach for the day. DO NOT STAY!

Lage top, Resort geht so...

Die Dame am Check in ist leider genau so unfreundlich, wie schon mehrfach beschrieben. Pampig und schlecht gelaunt. Die Jungs vom Service sind sehr nett und auf Zack. Das BBQ war super! Bungalows sind unter dem was man preislich erwartet. Der Strand entschädigt aber für vieles. 2 Tage reichen aber völlig aus hier, da es andere Strände auf Pha-ngan gibt, die genau so schön sind. Das nächste mal würde ich ins haad khuat Resort direkt nebenan gehen!

Average resort at gorgeous beach

Transfer from thong sala pier was organized by resort (recommended because you only reach the resort by boat or 4x4 truck. No taxi will take you there). The beach is really beautiful and you can explore the hills around (nice viewpoint behind bottle beach 2). The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpfull. The room wasn't cleaned within 4 days without request. The Pool is ok but not the best water quality. The sea is perfect blue and clear. There are always boats around to get you to the next beach and back if you want to buy some stuff (no shop at bottle beach) or just want to see another beach.
