Super close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Large space for luggages. Felt safe. Large building with special key access, so not everyone can go inside. AC nice and cold on hot days. Super helpful customer service, until 11 pm. Forgot key in room (realized this at 10:30 pm) and they were there in 20 minutes to help us get in the room. Wish there was laundry detergent. I will stay here again!

Great location, but not enough beds. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it only had a twin and queen bed. Sofa bed is not good for sleeping on. Communication with hotel manager was difficult. Can’t beat the location!

The two women concierge were incredibly helpful, the room and bathroom was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, and we felt very safe! Location is wonderful right near the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again and tell all our friends to do the same!

The location was simply stellar. Right at the heart of shopping and near the Duomo and Galleria. The apartment itself was luxurious with AC, internet, comfortable furniture/beds, a big shower, and a perfect layout for our family of 4. The views of Milan were also amazing, and the floor to ceiling windows were incredible. We were so fortunate to stay here.
