The staff at this resort are fantastic and make the stay. Marcia is a gracious and kind hostess, making breakfast daily and doing an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms during the day. Mike, the bartender is affable, funny, and creates a lighthearted atmosphere. The sailing/kite surfing instructor has a lifetime of experiences to share with you. And those are a few of the great employees we met there. I would advise renting a car because there are almost no dining options on the property but that is not how this hotel is set up. Everything you would want to experience is within 15 minutes of driving.

Best resort on island!

Everything about this resort is perfect! Suites are beautiful and brand new. The staff is amazing! Shout out to Mario at the bar! Our E Foil instructor was the best ever. Water is nice and calm compared to grace bay. 10/10 suggest!

H20 is the best resort in Turks and Caicos. The staff was beyond amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The resort is always clean. Mark and Mario are the best staff members at the resort and made sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. At night the resort is so peaceful and quiet. That was a plus for me.
