We were upgraded to a studio room that overlooked Flagstaff Gardens. It was a very nice room with a great view. It’s a very convenient location to the CBD.

The bed was comfortable although the room was very cold at the time of check in. I appreciate so much they let me check in early as I was extremely tired from my international flight. The front desk staff were great throughout the stay, including check in, check out and general questions.

Lovely friendly staff. Large rooms with well equipped kitchen and large walk in shower in the bathroom.. would definitely stay here again. Excellent location for visiting the Queen Victoria market and not far from the free tram stops.
