Nice location, about a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Nice and large apartment for a good price. Staff was friendly and willing to help where needed.

It's fine but loud. Walls are thin and it's under the flight path of the airport. Also reception is open limited hours so if you need anything early morning you are out of luck. The room itself was fine, bed was OK and it has a nice big balcony. Plus having a kitchen was good. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well (not a given in the Balkans)

Very well priced and although fairly basic, had everything you would need. Around 10 minutes walk from the centre.

No laundry facilities although mentioned. No parking as well. Air condition is good although one of them was dripping. Shower door need fixing. Beds are comfortable. Elevator can fit 4 persons without luggage. Good location. No microwave oven or any kind of oven

This place is decent.

This is a good property. Good check in experience. I get the impression that alot of people who go to this property want "the moon on a stick". If you want value, cleanliness, quiet, and adequate facilities. This is fine.

Stay away!

Run down, dirty and not nice at all. Everything was dirty e.g. hair in the beds, leftover bread crumbs on table, stained toilet and big stains on the floor. Staff was weirdly enough friendly and helpful. We left after a few hours when we found another place to stay. In short STAY AWAY!

The apartment is nice and spacious. There is a kitchen, but it is not well equiped, so cooking is not an option. The wifi does not work in the room - that wasn‘t a problem for us, since it worked in the lobby. The area around the apartment is fantastic, grocery stores and public transportation are really close by. And the center with all the historical sights is just a few walking minutes away.

Avoid

We stayed in the family two bedroom suite. Cleanliness was poor, filthy under the sofa, no one cleaning into the corners etc. All the cookware was dirty, stains on sofa, bed linen far too small for the beds. My daughter had an accident and whilst the receptionist was great getting us an ambulance, the property had no first aid kit, which is poor.

Communication with the staff was super easy. They were really helpful in accommodating my late arrival. The property was definitely clean, but very tired. After a long travel day, was annoyed that the beds didn’t have the bedding already on (they were folded and clean on the bed). Also, the keys to the rooms are very old school and difficult to use. OK value for money, clean and safe but definitely tired.

Worst part is that the hotel is not where it is shown on Hotels.com map. Don't know who thinks it a good idea to lie to guests, but the hotel is a 20 minute walk from where it is shown. OTHER than that, it is a very large room and the staff is attentive (only on site 10:00-22:00). The area is a bit run down, but there are stores, restaurants and bars. Taxis are cheap, so you could grab a cab with what you're saving on the room. Kitchen is minimal, but poor equipped (non-stick pan was unusable).

Where do I begin? I called several times to check in ahead of time to try the gate code and never received a response. Once we got to our room, we went to the bedroom and saw the bed just had a sheet over it with no comforter. We found two blankets that were balled on the bottom of the closet. Once we spread them out we saw that one blanket was dirty and the other had a large stain that looked like came from urine. We went into the living area and saw the couch also had a sheet over it. There was only one air conditioner there for the whole unit. Once we got to the kitchen we saw crumbs on the counter, stove and toaster. After that, we were so grossed out we had to call Expedia and ask for a refund or what to do. Expedia contacted the property manager who told them that they could not refund us. They told us to speak to the front desk regarding any kind of a refund. The front desk then contacted the property who told us the same thing. We were so frustrated at this point, we left and got a room at the Hyatt. My advise to you is to stay away!
