No complaints at all about the place. My only concern is that when I booked it I did not know that it was not an actual hotel. Please make that more clear as an actual hotel would have been better for what I needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe I felt throughout my time there, especially knowing that they have 24/7 police protection. The environment was comfortable, secure, and well maintained, which really gave me peace of mind. I loved the concept of a home away from home. All the conveniences of being at home while away. Everything was cleaned and stay was well stocked for all needs. Only thing missing was a keurig. lol. Seriously this will be my go to place for Charlotte from now on.
