Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending dining options nearby (Willis Lane was great). We had a slight issue with our internet connection, but this was very quickly rectified once we made the team aware of our problem. While parking is not onsite, it is a very easy walk to the TSB stadium. All in all would most certainly recommend The Quest and will definitely be back to stay.

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean. Unfortunately this is not in a safe location, as a woman staying by herself. I cannot recommend this hotel, as much as the staff are trying their best.

I love staying here, its so close to everything, there's two supermarkets just a 5 min walk away, and I love the mix and match art deco look. Have stayed here three times now, and am kiwi living in the US who grew up in Wellington. The location of Quest Wellington cannot be beat, I stay here rather than staying with family, because the location is so great!

The property was very well-situated and convenient for shopping, restaurants and activities. It was a good sized apartment and in the art-deco style, but the decor was tired and in need of refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the oven didn't work and the kitchen equipment would benefit from looking at. We enjoyed our stay, nonetheless and would stay there again.

It was my second time staying at Quest and just like the first time the room was clean and well equipped. When you walk into the foyer it feels fancy and so does the lift. I will definitely be returning here again!

Lovely, quiet and convenient apartments with extra features like washing machine and dryer. Very clean, great checkin, and helpful staff. The couch needs replacing and there’s some paint peeling in the bathroom, but otherwise a great apartment in a great location.
