This is an old property that has had some minor refurbs over time so it is dated and there are things like stains on the carpet etc but it is very functional, clean and tidy and very handy to everything. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and keen to make your stay a good one

Great Location to Raby Bay and Cleveland Shopping

We had a great weekend, 3 adults travelling for a friends birthday nearby. The location was perfect, a short walk to the local shopping centre and trendy Raby Bay restaurant & Bar precinct. The villa is dated but very comfortable, full kitchen including full sized fridge & reezer plus washing machine & dryer, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning worked well although i think an additional one in the 2nd bedroom would have been a bonus but we managed ok. The pool area is just for a dip it would have been good if the area surrounding it was a little larger and some sun beds provided but all in all we were very comfortable and happy with our visit and believe that the accommodation was great value for the cost.

Comfortable Townhouses

It is always difficult to find accommodation for our family of 7. Cleveland Visitor villas is the exception. Whist the decor and styling was more 70/80's than modern it was extremely clean, functional and comfortable. The manager had only recently started but was very efficient, friendly and helpful. We all had a comfortable nights sleep and the kids enjoyed the pool (even if it was a little small :) ). Will definitely recommend this Hotel and will more than likely visit again as it is close to family, comfortable and affordable.

convenient and comfortable

The villa offered everything you need for a prolonged stay: fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, laundry, comfortable seating and a lovely outdoor area. There were 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs, a not so modern but clean bathroom with a separate shower and plenty of space. The pool was small but perfect for a splash in the afternoons. The owners are very friendly and let us in more than one hour before the official availability. We felt comfortable asking our niece with her toddlers to visit us and have a dip in the pool. All in all we enjoyed our stay. However, if you have any disability you should be aware of stairs to get into the villa and the steep stairs up to the bedroom/s.

We would highly recommend this hotel

It has all the comforts of a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay here and it was very central to town. The staff were lovely and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Great place to stay. Easy access to Brisbane and surrounding areas. Everything you need is there , just take your bags !!! Needs a bit of an update, but extremely clean. Would definatetly stay there again

Great staff

Spent 2 days here staff were very helpful didn't use the pool wasn't that hot it looked a little on the small side. only downfall about this place was the wifi.

Large 2 story Townhouse style. The lighting could be better particularly bathroom.. New owners seen intent on improving the property. At the moment the in room Compendium has too many draconian regulations in about extra charges for using such things as extra towels!!! Overall Pleasant

Handy to family in Thornlands and close to shops.

Our second stay here and will be back. Very comfortable for couples or families. Easy to find and very happy staff. Our family lives nearby and there are no other places around the area that would even compare.

Manager was friendly and helpfull and unit was spacious but very poorly maintained...one sliding door would not lock, washing machine did not work, both airconditioners did not work, most of the vertical blinds did not work, most of the upstairs bedroom windows had no latches. 1980's style unit, would have been fine if better maintained. Draconian rules with large fines for everything

Upstairs and my mother is 89 and I've had a car accident and found it difficult to get up the stairs I was unaware there were stairs. I gave the owner 56 hours notice and was expecting a refund but have not as yet still expecting it
