Really close to amenities and beach. Apartment was small, sold as 2 bedroom, but really only 1 full bedroom. Bathroom was adequate, but could do with a bit of a deep clean. For price paid, my expectations were very high. Washing machine and dishwasher were a huge bonus.

Nice spacious apartment in a great location. A few hundred yards walk to the beach and to the Rambla Poble Nou which is full of restaurants and cafes so good for breakfasts and meals. Good communication from the reception and they arranged a taxi pickup from the airport, think it was 40E on the meter. Would recommend and stay here again.

Lovely staff, very informative and helpful. Lovely spacious apartment near the beach and close to all amenities. A 30 minute bus ride from La Rambla. To access the apartment we had to download an app and use it as the key to gain entrance to the building and the apartment. This is a great idea and works fine as long as you have data on your phone as once outside the building there is no wifi connection. Without internet connection the app does not work and you cannot get into the building. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay with friends

We loved Durlet apartments and would definitely stay again. Very short walk to the beach and Rambla del Poblenou where you can find lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. It seemed less crowded and touristy compared to the La Rambla. Clean, the kitchen area had everything you need and there is a nice pool on the roof with view of the beach.

It was a really good flat. However there were few tricky things: 1 we requested for a double bed, instead we had to single ones. The access to the rooftop was only between 10am to 6pm. I might have missed the info about it but part of it was renovated. Apart from that the stay was really good.

The apartment had a good sea view, it had most of the essentials and was great value for money. Slight downside was any noise, most notably was the waste water from the drainage pipes, also the roof top pool was exceptionally small with large steps up to the pool. Whenever needing assistance from the staff at the office, they were exceedingly helpful, very friendly and spoke good English.

This is a well presented and maintained apartment. With great views of the area and in close proximity to the shops restaurants and beach. It’s is also very close to the metro. The staff are friendly and helpful We would recommend it to others.

Nice, clean and everything nearby

20 mins from BCN airport, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the shops and supermarkets, 7 minutes walk to Poblenou metro station where you can catch a ride to anywhere in Barcelona. Public transport in Barcelona works SOO much better than in the UK! The office from where you collect your keys is at the back of the hotel block. Staff speak good English and are very accommodating (Check in wasn't until 2pm and since we landed at 10am, they offered to keep our bags safe allowing us to explore the area until our room was ready) Had our own WiFi router so not sharing with anyone and worked quite well. All in all a very good experience, will be returning here in the future.

Great Location!

Staff constantly in contact prior to our arrival to ensure we could meet to collect the keys. She explained where everything was and provided maps and additional information. The beach was directly opposit, nightlife down the road and las rambla only 8 Euro cab drive. If I came back to Barcelona I would definitely stay here!

Nice hotel close to the beach

Easy walk to the beach with a nice rooftop pool but very small so not big enough to swim in but good for a cool off. The staff were very helpful. The internet was very slow in any room other than the main sitting room. It was very clean on and has good facilities such a dishwasher and washing machine. One thing I would say was there wasn't really enough bedding or towels for 6 people
