Kitchenware is sufficient to cook simple meal such as noodle. Overall quite clean except on our arrival, we found that the bedsheet and blanket cover has mini hairs stuck to it with dusts. One of the pillow cover has stain on it. Feedback the next day as we checked in vy late at night, thy changed for us immediately. Housekeeping only once every 7 days, however u can request for fresh towel. Toiletries provided only 3in1 bottle (shampoo, conditioner & body gel), handsoap and toilet roll. Bring ur own anything outside of these..else there is a convienient shop right across.. Love the breakfast and fish &chips across the road.. Walk to greenwich dlr and national rail is abt 5 mins.. greenwich national rail just 2 stops frm london bridge station where u can get more transfer options. Greenwich station is at zone 2.

Comfortable & Well-equipped!

Located within walking distance from two DLR stations (Deptford Bridge and Greenwich), this apartment/ hotel is very comfortable and clean. The heating and air-conditioner is effective, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic necessities for preparing meals. Special mention goes to the rain shower that provides good pressure and water that reaches the heated temperature very quickly. WiFi was excellent. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay was exemplary and we would return for future visits.

Great service

After more than 20 hours 'on the road', this is heaven. Sarah from their front desk responded to my emails very promptly and gave very helpful advice before my stay. I was surprised with free room upgrade upon check in. Antonio from the front desk was very friendly. He even called the room about 10 mins after I've checked in to see if I have found everything ok In the room. Room is very clean n bed very comfy. Nice! Hotel is short walking distance from Greenwich station, a supermarket and a good fish & chips place.

Nice hotel and good for the disable

Great stay with my disable dad on wheelchair. The hotel is clean and perfect for disable. However, the road outside hotel leading to and fro Greenwich main area for meals can be rather bad. Lots of curbs and lousy roads, need lots of effort in pushing my dad to get to the area. My recommendation is to just take the bus just outside the hotel, however, it is going to cost a bit though. 1.50 lbs per person per ride, and max out at 3 bus rides at 4.40 lbs per person.

Convenient location, nice room and helpful staff

From start to finish the staff and communication were great, the check in details were helpful and was where I could book parking. The whatsapp chat to get the parking details were quick and informative. The room was nice although we had an issue with one of the windows that didn't close fully but the reception staff were easy to reach and helpful. Using the Whatsapp chat again we were able to request late check out on the morning effortlessly. The carpark is very handy although worth noting there is a short walk to the hotel. Make sure you get the car park details from them before you park!

Super quartier

Très chouette mais un peu humide . Du coup l'odeur de la chambre pas top . Les matelas non plus. Le quartier est vraiment super MAIS loin du centre de Londres .donc beaucoup de transport
