I enjoyed my week here. The room had a kitchen that included a stove, a fridge, utensils, and cooking ware. It feels a bit like a studio flat. For two people, it might feel a bit small. The limehouse is located in a great area. Any direction you walk will lead you to something that interests you.

So the 5th floor is only accessible via stairs which is fine however the last step is double hight. So friend with chronic pain found that last step a challenge. There are not enough curtains which is important when trying to keep the sun and heat OUT. Especially when you have two balconies with big windows letting the heat in. The most annoying thing though was the elevator, most people have experienced an elevator motor going which is expected. But the elevator motor is behind a door in the bathroom! And throughout the night you had the acceptable motor but then the safety engaging at every stop was a loud metal thunk that made it through the walls no problems, especially when sleeping in the living room.

Stayed one week as a family of three. Checking in was hell as I had reserved 2 rooms, but they only saw one room and did not try to help solve the problem at all despite sending paid bill for 2 rooms . After spending hours on the phone, expedia could solve the problem. However, limehome gave us rooms on different floors and was never able to move us to the same floor despite our daily requests and many checkouts every single day. The big problem is nobody is on site and everything is done over the internet and WhatsApp, which makes it all very impersonal as you never speak to the same person twice and they take hours to respond if they ever do and are never friendly or helpful. Furthermore, rooms are tiny, not clean, showers are full of mold, and every noise from neighbors is loudly heard. The rooms are by no way luxury and also not that cheap with the hidden tourist tax. Last but certainly not least, there is no safe in the room and although you put the do not disturb sign on your door, they will wake you up and enter your room whether you are there sleeping or not there.

Sauberkeit: In den Ecken des Zimmers war es teilweise sehr staubig (z.B. am Fuße des Nachttischs). Im Bad die Duschkabine unten und teils an den Fugen waren starke Shampoorückstände und teils evtl. Schimmel sichtbar. Zimmerauswahl: Mein Zimmer war im UG. Für mich wäre es wichtig gewesen dies schon vor der Buchung zu wissen, um ggf. ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage auszuwählen. Ruhe: Der Notausgang des UG war direkt angrenzend an meine Zimmerwand. Diesen haben andere Gäste genutzt um im Hinterhof vor meinem Fenster nachts zu rauchen und sich aufzuhalten. Dadurch hatte ich keine gute Nachruhe. Die Hauseingangstür gibt beim Öffnen ein sehr lautes Geräusch aus. Dieses schallte bis ins Zimmer. Wenn man diese Punkte verbessern würde, ist Limehome für mich ein gutes Konzept, um günstig mit Küchenzeile zu übernachten, sodass ich es wieder nutzen würde.

Appartement idéalement situé !

L’appartement situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble est idéalement situé et offre une belle vue sur la ville depuis ses deux terrasses. La déco est soignée et l’équipement complet pour cuisiner simplement. Lits confortables. Pas de climatisation quand il fait chaud mais beaucoup de fenêtres pour aérer. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : à 3 minutes de l’hôtel de ville et de son parc et à 5 du centre ville historique. Quartier calme. Un pied à terre parfait !

Emplacement bien tranquille. Notre chambre était en sous-sol, mais c'est plutôt un demi-sous-sol, il y avait une grande fenêtre laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais bien équipée, lit confortable, très propre et moderne. Petit coin cuisine très fonctionnel. Nous avons eu un peu de mal avec le "check in" en ligne mais nous avons facilement obtenu de l'assistance et ça c'est réglé très rapidement. J'y retournerais.

Das Zimmer Ist Klein und vollgestopft mit Ausstattung die für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nicht notwendig sind. Die Unterkunft ist vielleicht etwas für Monteure die sich selbst versorgen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war mangelhaft, siehe Fotos.
