Estancia segura, cumpliendo con todas las medidas de seguridad frente al covid-19. El personal muy agradable, pero queríamos destacar al socorrista de la piscina Alfred, muy profesional y amable, siempre dispuesto ayudar. A parte de guardar nuestra seguridad, se encargaba de desinfectar todas las hamacas cada vez que alguien se iba y siempre con la mascarilla puesta, pese al calor insoportable que hemos tenido toda la semana. Lo único malo que diría es la comodidad de la cama. Hacía mucho ruido al moverse y no se descansa a gusto.

Decepcionante

Las instalaciones están bien, y las habitaciones tienen de todo. El problema que veo es el servicio de limpieza, puesto que solo limpian cada dos dias y no a fondo, las camas mal hechas y la parte de la cocina ni la tocan. Creo que un aparthotel de esta cadena debería ofrecer servicio de limpieza también para la cocina. Cuando llegamos había una luz fundida, no funcionaba el mando de la televisión y el lavabo del baño estaba sucio. En resumen, no estamos muy contentos con la experiencia ya que se supone que estamos de vacaciones y no nos sentimos como si lo estuviéramos.
