Fantastic apartment-great stay! *****

A wonderful, luxurious apartment with full equipment,swimming pool on the balcony comfortable beds and soft bedding! We spent a fantastic time here and did not want to leave:) The best stay in the whole Yucatan. Swimming pool on the roof, saunas and jackuzzi in the chill zone! Something amazing! Thank you!

Great modern apartments in good location

2 bed apartment was great - spacious with lots of amenities in the living and kitchen area. Location was really good in downtown Tulum, near shops and restaurants and off the main road to the beach. Communication in advance of checking in was very good. Property still being developed with construction work but wasn't a problem for us

If you staying here please dont book the private pool. Was terrible, the pump doesnt work and the water was gross. We liked the place overall but the pool in our level was full of mosquitos and bugs, they dont have proper systems for pools here. The room was good enough, the shower door wasnt working properly and the remote did not have batteries that worked. the street to get there is terrible one of the worse I have seen ever, with rain, the mud is bad. Better pay a bit more and stay in a better place.

IIK was beautiful property I went during new years so no construction was happening. I was able to walk to a lot of parties or food or to items in under 10 or so mins because we were that close to the downtown strip. The property is exactly what I had expected and they always are cleaning & I appreciated that. Super beautiful, 24hr security up front, Raphael the manager was friendly and accessible by WhatsApp.

Less Tulum jungle dream, more Guadalajara chic with a Chedraui across the street We arrived late at night after a last-minute Expedia rebooking, greeted not by staff but a security guard who thankfully got us into a unit. Clearly, they werenā€™t expecting usā€”the place wasnā€™t clean, with used towels and sheets left around. The shower design sends water spilling across the bathroom floor, and the road leading in is so cratered youā€™ll be grateful if your rental comes with full coverage. That said, once management got our complaints, things were cleaned and corrected by the time we came back from a day trip. The unit itself is spacious, the washer/dryer a rare gem, and having a Chedraui Selecto across the street was a big win. Safe overall (minus one sketchy encounter with men on a motorbike), but donā€™t expect the dreamy ā€˜Tulum vibeā€™ā€”this feels more like a polished luxury apartment youā€™d find in Guadalajara, dressed up with a few Mayan-style touches. Weā€™d come back, but with adjusted expectations.

This property was great just as it showed and beyond our expectations. The only confusion was I had read I was supposed to receive a code to check in but I never received any code even after the 4pm check in time. The staff at reception do not have anything to do with any of that but luckily the staff was kind enough to help contact the property owner for us even with the language barrier and we were eventually able to receive the code within 10 minutes,I would make sure to have the code prior to getting there. Other than that it was an amazing stay would stay there again and would reckoned to anyone. Location is great and only a 20 minute walk from the central bus station where you can take a bus to and from TulĆŗm airport.

Good value but needs improvement

Location is good and rooms are in good condition and very modern. Room cleanliness needs improvement and number of towels need to match number of guests. On the safety side, when renting the two connecting units there needs to be a way to lock the outside hallway door in order to avoid having to lock the two individual unit doors. We traveled with small children and decided not to use the small unit as it would have required us to lock them in the unit for the night without a way for them to get out and come to us if needed (unsafe). Thankfully there was a sofa bed in the larger unit for the 3 of them to sleep in next to our bedroom.

The place itself was really nice. the security at front of the building were extremely nice and helpful. we used this location as a home base for our trip to the yucatan peninsula. after a two day trip south we had returned to find that the water was shutoff, after speaking with the security upfront they informed me that the water was shutoff due to the owner not paying his water bill for the room. we both tried contacting the owner with no answer at first. the owner did end up contacting me via text about 15mins later saying he was working on getting the water turned back on. it took about a hour and it was turned back on. The wifi also did not work and when I asked the owner about it he said send me what is available. I took a screen shot of what was available and sent it. the owner never responded.

The apartment is great, so is the location. There were a few things that were supposed to be included but couldnā€™t be found in our apartment. However, the communication with the owner was smooth and he fixed what we asked for. The patio was smaller than we expected and not really a place to hang our wet clothes/towels to dry which was a disappointment. It wasnā€™t particularly quiet either, whenever someone walked outside of our door it sounded like they were in our room. The poolarea at the bottomfloor was really nice, but the pools didnā€™t feel very clean. Overall - a good stay for a couple of days!
