We loved our stay at Sandalo Beach, the property was perfect, clean, spacious, in a great location and had wonderful helpful staff. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing view

The view was amaizing and also the location. The reception staff and restaurant were really nice and helpful. Especially Monica in the reception is fantastic

Super place,nestled at the top of Torrenova

Staff make a stay any great stay, and they were friendly, engaging, helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and look forward to returning.

My wife and I are in this hotel for the 4th time in one season - October. I like everything, the general atmosphere, towns, restaurants, beaches, etc. Special thanks to the manager Vladimir for his professionalism.

Stayed here with 7 friends and hotel was spot on,as in other reviews the location is at top of a steep hill but worth the climb if your room has the sea view,hotel had just had a referb and was great,would recommend

Fantastic customer service. Very clean hotel. Relaxing contemporary gorgeous views fab location but not for older or those with mobility issues. Steep hill. Shower poweful. Kitchen equipment spot on. Definitely stay again

Had a great time at this place. The staff were so sweet - special shout-out to Vlad! Amazing views from the room, very close to the beaches, supermarkets and nightlife as well! Only issues we had were a few of the in room amenities - there was only 1 shampoo/ shower gel 2-1 conditioner. I also wish it was possible to get other complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes on request. Overall, would highly recommend, good value for money!

We stayed for 3nts ant the end of April - as three lifelong besties in our late 40s, looking for a relaxing break with a touch of the girlie holidays from our youth—and it delivered exactly that. The location is fantastic, overlooking the sea and just a 5–10 minute walk to both Palma Nova and Magaluf beaches. The area has plenty of great restaurants and bars, especially in Palma Nova, which felt more upmarket than expected. There was already a good atmosphere, even though the season hadn’t fully started. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but manageable for a short stay. The pool and bar area were lovely and ideal for relaxing (only slight downside was the random music later in the day, but the afternoon DJ was great). We had a late flight home, and it was easy to store luggage, use the pool, and shower before leaving—really convenient. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was very quiet during our stay, which was perfect for us as it easy to imagine the carnage in the local area in peak season! Overall, a perfect break at the right time of year—great weather, great location, and we’d definitely return.

It’s is advertised as an apart style hotel but they up charge for laundry services, for an iron and barely had ANYTHING in their kitchen. Not a water kettle not a graters. If u are there for a few days fine but for long stays ABSOLUTELY NOT. The guy at the front desk was the best aspect and will give him a 5/5 ( Vladimir); thats really the only reason why I did not give it a 2 star.

Great location and view. Clean room, modern and spacious. It was difficult asking questions to some of the employees, as they don't all speak English. One of our party has a nut allergy and it to two employees to figure out what we were asking. They were helpful ordering a cab for us for 4am. Pool/beach towels are $1 for every time you want to change them. The pool closed pretty early at 8pm. The pool bar/restaurant stopped serving food about an hour before that. If you're eating out though that's not an issue. There's a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within walking discount.

The hotel is in a nice area however we had a terrible stay. Our room was dirty, with mould in the shower, unclean floors, damaged walls, stained towels/bedding/curtains and it stank of cigarettes. The shower flipped between full heat and full cold constantly regardless of setting, so couldn’t be used. When we brought these issues up with the hotel they didn’t do anything about it, they kept saying they would fix it tomorrow but nothing happened, and our stay was for 5 days. When we asked to cancel our stay they wouldn’t allow it. I would never stay here again.

Utsikten var fantastisk och det var rent. Men där stannar det. Området närmast hotellet var ofräscht. Ingen sömn på nätterna pga skrik spring dunkande och festande fram till morgonen. Tydligen inget som receptionen sa till om. Poolområdet var fyllt med bakfulla britter i 20årsåldern. Jag borde ha kollat upp noggrannare helt enkelt. Som sagt väldigt vacker utsikt och vi hade ju bil så det var enkelt att åka därifrån på dagar och kvällar. Men nätterna var inte roliga.

Fint och trevligt litet hotell med magisk utsikt och fina rum. Mycket trevlig personal och mysigt poolområde. Väldigt branta långa backar att gå upp och ner för när man skulle till och från hotellet så inget för barnvagnar eller personer som har jobbigt att gå.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht – wirklich ein Highlight der Unterkunft! Auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Anbindung war sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön besonders an die liebe Monika, die uns alles super erklärt hat und sehr herzlich war. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist allerdings, dass die Ausstattung teilweise etwas veraltet wirkt und an manchen Stellen auch kleinere Beschädigungen sichtbar waren. Außerdem wären bequemere bzw. hochwertigere Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon schön, damit man die fantastische Aussicht noch besser genießen kann. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt eine tolle Zeit und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisk havudsigt, pænt og rent, imødekommende personale. Kedelig og mangelfuld morgenmad, men fin mulighed for at lave den selv på værelset. Hårde madrasser, dejligt at der var dynetæpper. Desværre lugtede der lidt af kloak på det ene badeværelse - det burde rengøringen nok have bemærket og taget sig af. Vi gjorde ikke noget ved det, da vi ikke ville risikere at skulle flyttes, for vi havde fået så gode værelser ved siden af hinanden. Vi vil gerne komme igen - det var et rigtig godt ophold, på et godt hotel.
