Super place,nestled at the top of Torrenova

Staff make a stay any great stay, and they were friendly, engaging, helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and look forward to returning.

Had a great time at this place. The staff were so sweet - special shout-out to Vlad! Amazing views from the room, very close to the beaches, supermarkets and nightlife as well! Only issues we had were a few of the in room amenities - there was only 1 shampoo/ shower gel 2-1 conditioner. I also wish it was possible to get other complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes on request. Overall, would highly recommend, good value for money!

The hotel is in a nice area however we had a terrible stay. Our room was dirty, with mould in the shower, unclean floors, damaged walls, stained towels/bedding/curtains and it stank of cigarettes. The shower flipped between full heat and full cold constantly regardless of setting, so couldn’t be used. When we brought these issues up with the hotel they didn’t do anything about it, they kept saying they would fix it tomorrow but nothing happened, and our stay was for 5 days. When we asked to cancel our stay they wouldn’t allow it. I would never stay here again.

Fint hotell, fantastisk utsikt o härlig balkong. Rent o fräsch. Tyvärr var hotellet ett party hotell så mycket ljud, musik o skrik o vi upplever personalen lät det bero om vi inte klaga. Det var fest varje dag o i alla lägenheter så svårt för oss att klaga hela tiden. Poolen ville man inte heller hänga vid då det var hög ljudnivå o stojigt. Barnen ville inte vara där då det var fulla ungdomar reda på fm. Men vi var där i juli så kanske bättte andra månader.

Immer wieder!!!

Wie schon öfter erwähnt, war alles top. Super schönes großes sauberes Apartment mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Das einzig Negative war der steile Weg zum Strand, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann. Würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank den Mitarbeitern.

Det første blik og duft.

Det første blik og duft. Var renlighed pænt Hotel ude fra siger meget om hvordan det er inden for. Igen pænt. Venligt personale 24/7/365. Der var altid nogen. Den fedeste udsigt havde de også. store værelser. Men ikke et sted hvis man vil buffet der kan tilkøbes mad, men i mindre mængder. Men ok. wi-fi kunne godt være bedre. Vi kunne godt bo der igen Kurt :)
