We loved our stay at ART viviendas. The suites were very comfortable. It's location is perfect, easy access to highways and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The cleaning was excellent, three cleans in a 20 day stay, quickly and well done. The facilities were good, in good condition, smart and tidy. We had everything we needed. The space was adequate, a little more would have been nice. We didn’t work out the heating or air conditioning controls, but we were fine with the temperatures as they were. A comfortable stay in an interesting location.

Our stay was excellent! Checked in with manager who was very helpful, smooth, and very courteous, and offered many suggestions for things to do. The location was good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and eatery. Rooms were very ckeaned, spacious, modern and loved wall decorations. Balcony had street and ocean view from distance. Underground parking was clean and very bright I felt secured being there alone late at night. Will definitely stay there again. Kham

Clean modern spacious apartment in a great locatio

A very clean modern apartment in an excellent location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, and the Las Arenas shopping centre. The beds were really comfortable. It had all the necessary mod-cons, washing machine etc. The balcony was small but adequate for a table and 2 chairs. The only thing it lacked was a communal outside area (eg rooftop terrace).

Everything as expected. A little confusing at check in as arrived after 5p.m when reception was closed. I think the automatic system worked well and informed me the garage entrance is opposite the petrol station. But did not mention the card key needed is the same as the room key which is the same as front door key. The hop on hop off bus stop number 3 is approx 15 mins walk away outside Las Arenas shopping centre and Carrefour mega centre.

Will stay again

The two bedroom apartments are spacious, clean and very well equipped. Bit of a walk to the beach if you’re not there for surfing. Front desk is very limited on service hours (mainly self check in/out ++), but the staff is _great_. So nice and helpful that it makes you feel like you’re in a small family run place when interacting with them. Very impressed by all of them (both housekeeping and front desk); accommodating and truly on the service side. Have stayed several times, will definitely return.

Very modern, bright and clean apartment with good facilities. Great location , close to the beach, restaurants and good transport links and walkable to many places. Check in is not straight forward and it would be nice to be greeted by a reception. Minimal supplies in the apartment so you have to buy some basics which isn’t ideal if only on a weeks holiday. No English TV channels which would have been nice on occasion.Overall great stay.

Hadde bestilt standard med 1 soverom. Fikk oppgradert toppetasje suite med 3 soverom. Flott altan. Godt utstyrt kjøkken med god mulighet for matlaging. Pluss med oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Ekstra hyggelig overraskelse ved ankomst ang gave med vin, tapasretter,sjokolade,kjeks,te,,kaffi etc.. Til å være 4 stjernes synes vi det var lite oppfølging i forhold til rengjøring og håndkleskift. Kun en gang i løpet av 9 dager. Måtte ta ut søppelet daglig selv.

Es hat alles gepasst. Unser Apartment war sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und modern. Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Küche jeden Abend genutzt und uns über den Tiefgaragenplatz sehr gefreut. Auch konnten wir frühzeitig einchecken. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man beanstanden könnte. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen.
