My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay.

I was very excited when I made the reservation, but when I arrived, there was no elevator. It was not indicated on the website. The room looked very comfortable and the kitchenette was cozy. Except there were no towels to dry the dishes. There was no information on where to get ice and yet there was a ice bucket there. The room was SO NOISY! Even with the windows being “sound proof” it was SO NOISY! Housekeeping was only doing beds and replacing towels. Everything else was FILTHY! The tables were not wiped off, the floors weren’t really swepted or mopped. The entrance was great, it was secured always, but if you were returning in the evening there isn’t enough light outside. Which made me a little nervous. Yes, you have to ring the bell in order to be let in. This would be better if there was a well lit entrance and/or if you can use your room swipe card to swipe yourself in. I always asked my Uber driver to stick around until I was let in since it was dark. The entrance lobby could use a huge facelift. The furniture eas outdated and torn. The WiFi was HORRIBLE! Get ready to use your data minutes. The roof/terrace is not at all like the pictures on the website. All there was were some metal benches and a few potted plants. I really think the pics for this property really, really need to be updated. I was deceived. I don’t thing I would’ve have stayed here if I knew all this issues were active. Inaccurate description on so many accounts. I decided to leave 2 days early because

The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving, the rooms, bed & kitchen are a lot smaller than appears in the pictures. The beds are only double size & have a plastic matress protector on them that makes a horrible noise when you turn over. All the rooms are noisy, the outside ones face the busy corner streets & the inner one has no windows, but you can hear everybody else in the room next door as if they are in your suite. The kitchen has a one burner stove with one sauce pan & one frying pan. There were only 2 knives, forks, spoons, plates, cups & glasses. The couch is more like an entrance hall seat. Expedia charged us twice the amount of the actual listed hotel price & the manager then charged us an extra fee upon arrival.

La habitación muy sucia, los muebles y paredes en mal estado, olía mal (entre humedad y cañería) y no había toallas en la habitación y cuando pedí más solo me pidieron dar 3, a pesar de necesitar 4 (esto por qué no tenían más). Lo único positivo fue la atención y amabilidad del personal.

Concidero que hay varios puntos que resaltar de esta estancia. Lo bueno: -La cercanía al centro. -La terraza que tiene. -Que tiene gimnacio, sencillo pero bueno. -La estancia de lamhabitacion, es decir la cocina, la barra, el sofá y la televisión ( la recamara cómo tal tiene muchos detalles) Lo que se tiene que mejorar. - El personal: La chica de la recepción al nuestra llegada fue muy poco empática. -Llegamos aproximadamente a las 11 de la mañana y a pesar de que la habitación ya estaba lista para entregar no nos la quisieron dar, si la queríamos antes teníamos que pagar media renta lo cual no se me hizo correcto. -La recamara: -las ventanas estaban descuadradas y la madera ya estaba muy desgastada. - La cabecera de la cama es de tacto piel pero ya está toda descarapelada lo cual le da mala aimagen. -Las puertas del closet estaban muy duras y no se podían abrir bien. -El baño: - a pesar de que tiene una regadera de hidromasaje está no sirve ya que está toda tapada por el salitre que sale del agua lo cual es muy incómodo al bañarte ya que casi te tienes que pegar a la pared para que te caiga el agua,. - la ventana estaba suelta de la parte de arriba con el riego de que alguna vez que se abra se desprenda y lastime a alguien de la calle. - Las esquinas de la regadera estaban sucias y con hongos En general mi estancia fue buena pero sin duda hay muchas cosas que mejorar.

Estancia comoda, ampliamente recomendada

Un hotel comodo y funcional. Su espacio es pequeño, pero tienr todos los servicios para una estancia comoda. Cocineta completa, con frigo, horno de microondas, tv en cocina y en recamara... serviicos agua, aure acondicionado, internet, muy bien... podrian tener mejores canales de cable. Una vosa inportante... la ventana tiene esponja para atenuacion de ruido y al cerrar todo se queda completamente oscuro. Eso hace mejor aun la edtancia, ya que puedes descansar sin complicaciones

La Habitacion de 2 camas matrimoniales está muy bonita, cómoda y muuuy amplia. La recepcionista y las recamareras fueron de mucho agrado y con un trato muy amable y servicial. Hay comentarios que dicen que están muy altas las camas, pero creo que eso no es ningún problema, al menos que traigas a bebés. Las instalaciones del hotel no son muy grandes, y los pasillos tampoco, pero una vez llegando a la Habitacion, esta sí es grande y la cocineta es muy práctica. El aire acondicionado funcionó a la perfección. Se descansa muy bien. Las habitaciones están muy pegadas y si hay personas haciendo ruido quizás se escuche, pero nosotros no tuvimos problemas porque el día que nos quedamos no habían personas en las habitaciones de al lado. Todo estuvo muy tranquilo.

Las 4 noches que pasé allí dormí genial. La cama, a pesar de ser demasiado alta estuvo cómoda. Las 2 TVs (recámara y sala de estar) son excelente compañía. No son Smart pero no se necesita realmente. En general no percibí ningún olor feo o viejo en la Suite. Al contrario, huele a nuevo. La única sugerencia es que cambien la cabecera de cama que se está despintando y suelta pintura seca en sábanas.Sí hay comida cerca de las suites y es bastante buena. Excelente atención en recepción. Gracias

Je commence par les deux points négatifs à mon avis : la wifi est médiocre dans la chambre et le bruit de la rue est pénible à partir de 6h du matin (malgré le capitonnage des volets intérieurs). En revanche, l'appartement est confortable, propre, bien situé, bien agencé avec réfrigérateur, micro-onde. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable.

Cada vez que ingresas al hotel tienes que tocar el timbre para que te abran la puerta, eso resulta molesto. Al ingresar percibes un olor desagradable por la falta de ventilación. La habitación muy pequeña, para entrar al baño tienes que caminar de lado, debido al espacio tan reducido que hay de la piecera de la cama y la puerta del baño. Mucho ruido por la noche. El primer día no nos asearon la habitación, lo reporte y me dijeron que la señora que asea ya se había retirado. La atención por parte del personal mala. En el baño hay un letrero ADVERTENCIA EL AGUA SE FUGA ¡TENER CUIDADO! Cuando uno se baña a pesar de que hay un cancel, se encharca el baño, con el riesgo de resbalarse. Una experiencia desagradable para ya no regresar a este hotel.
