The unit was extremely small. The decor was outdated. Online images looked way better than in person. We heard everything from Outside. We decided to check out after 2 nights (we booked for 4 nights) to go to a different hotel. HiSuite Rome would not even give us a partial refund. Very disappointing. Won’t stay here ever again.

Great place to stay in heart of Rome

What a great place to stay for our 3 nights in Rome. Mike was an amazing host and i can't say enough good things about his service. Great restaurant recommendations and advice to avoid tourist trap places, tips with taxi cabs, and to watch out for pick pockets, etc. We arrived from Canada with missing luggage... he loaned us adapter so we could keep our devices charged. The suite was great and in the heart of Rome, yet not in the really congested areas. I would say a prefect location. Air conditioning worked great and nice to get back to room after some of our long walks in 39 degree heat. Beds were comfortable and nice having room with queen bed upstairs separate from mainfloor that had a comfortable pull out sofa bed. Suite had fridge and was stocked with dishes including wine glasses. Next time in Rome i will definitely stay here again. Magnificent!

This was a lovely property in a very central spot. The suite was perfect for a family of 4 with two separate sleeping areas. Laura the host was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions on transit to hotel and things to do. Great restaurants nearby as well. AC worked very well (important since it was very hot when we visited), wifi was good and shower was great. Highly recommend!

It was so clean and very close to many of the amazing attractions. The host, Efren, was wonderful and he spoke many different languages. He was very helpful and gave us many useful tips about where to go and how to get there. He also replies to his messages immediately. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great location in Rome

Overall excellent location and very nice place to stay in central Rome. Many sights and great restaurants within short radius. Small grocery store across from apartment had everything you would need for an extended stay. Two story unit gives effect of your own spacious apartment. Service was good, as when we requested some kitchen items they were delivered within minutes. One negative was the lack of security....not that it was located in a bad neighbourhood, but the upstairs window didn't lock and the unit's door frame lock latch was broken so that if anyone gave the slightest push it would have broken wide open. We had our own security device so didn't mention it to front desk.

Great Stay

Good place for families. Lots of space. Loved the area, it was quiet but could walk everywhere. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Very happy with our 3 night stay in Rome.

Nice hotel, great location in Rome

This hotel is walking distance to all major interest points to see in Rome. Clean, staff was accommodating and willing to help. The street can get a bit noisy, but this is to be expected in that location. We would stay there again. . . .

An amazing stay

Our stay in Rome couldn't get better if we stayed somewhere else! The staff were extremely friendly and our room with 2 beds was great for our 2 young kids. The kitchenette was a bit smaller than we anticipated, however the staff leant us an extra pot so we could make pasta for dinner one night. They even provided an excellent map of Rome with tour routes and suggested places to eat, buy groceries and even a pharmacy! They truly cared that our stay was as enjoyable as possible and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Rome from a central location close to all the major sights.

This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a wonderful location. A 4 minute walk from the river, 4 min walk from shops. Many good restaurants to choose from especially the one by Brama 2 - Antica Taverna. Laura and the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations.
