This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in. The building is old and has charm but I was shocked at how the apartment looked when I walked in. It was very unappealing. At first I thought it was dirty, but I don’t think it was. It was just not nicely put together at all. The location is ideal though.

the photo was not of the actual unit. bed was on wheels under kitchen floor so you sleep about 6 inches off the floor. bedding provided was horrendous. could not pay by Credit card. had to wire cash for this unit. check in time is 4 hour window if you miss it 15 euro cash penalty I had to leave early on Monday was charged 15 euro for early check out that no one showed up to do.

Very central! Spar supermarket literally 3 doors down. Large roomy. NOT 5 star, but neither was the price. Clean bathroom. Double lumpy bed. Kitchenette has plenty cutlery and crockery no pots and pans. Portable oven cooked everything in it, used foil in place of pan. Portable stove top which I didn't use due to no pots and pans. Small fridge, worked really well. No WiFi or TV, but I used my own. Hosts 2 doors down in antique shop, very nice and approachable. Bedding cost me €9, could bring your own. There is a small lift, but I still had to climb 6 steps to my room. Don't know about other floors. Floorboards creaky, but I got used to it. Simcards/phone purchases 5 min walk Magenta, and another one 10 min walk. Mobility scooter repairer Trittbet Heldon 15 min walk. Hop on buses - just don't! They're anything but. They do one loop, one guy narrates in English and German; so boring, I embarrassingly fell asleep! Taxi stand about 5 min. Taxi fare to Graz Central Train terminal cost me €14.

Blauäugig gebucht. Veraltete Wohnung. Das Bad war renoviert und sauber. Das Zimmer selbst , uralt, Wände erhielten wahrscheinlich den letzten Anstrich vor 40 Jahren. Das Bett war wie eine Schublade unter einem Podest, was die Küche war. Uralte Möbel, man kam sich vor, wie in einem Antiquariat. Man erhält seinen Schlüssel übrigens im Antiquitäten Geschäft im EG während der Öffnungszeiten. Wenn man nach 18h anreist, bzw. vor 07h abreist, muss man extra 15€ zahlen. Zudem kommen nochmal extra 9€ pro Person für Bettbezüge und Handtücher. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Fernseher, geschweige WLAN. Die Terrasse war mit Moos und Unkraut bewachsen und hatte keine Sitzmöglichkeiten

Die Lage in der InnenStadt ist hervorragend und doch sehr ruhig. Befremdlich ist der Umstand, vermutlich wegen des VermittlungSystems keine Kostenwahrheit besteht. Die Übernachtung ist zwar günstig, auch wenn 25 Euro für Endreinigung und 2×9 Euro für Bettwäsche dazukommen. Dass es so ist, finde ich im Sinne der Wahlfreiheit gut, aber das müsste im Übernachtungsangebot auch ersichtlich sein.

The place was so old and the floors made squeaky sound when walking on. It was impossible to walk there without waking up others because of the loud noise. You could hear the same sounds from people walking in units next to you or above you.

Kurz gesagt: Für alles wie z. B. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Late-Check-in, Früh-Check-in...usw. Wird zusätzlich Geld verlangt! Reinigung wurde im zweiten Zimmer, was wir doch nicht genutzt haben, trotzdem berechnet in Höhe von 40€.

The cleaning fee doubled the price and the opening hours are not very good. The staff did help with that though. Bulding is very old but that's what gives it its charm I suppose. Not recommended for solo travelers or short stay. May be nice for a couple and a longer stay.

I like the old building and the big rooms and the quietness and the big beds. I missed this time some facilities, to hang up ones coat at the entrance and a little bit more cups, plates and pans in the kitchen.

Upon deciding to book there was only talk about 46 Euro/ night. That was ok because we needed only one night. After booking that amount was confirmed, but in the fine print right at the end of the explanatory notes there was mention of cleaning fee 46 Euro for the night and additionally a 9 Euro fee for bedding. This I never encountered anywhere before. But the booking had been done. So, after the point of decision, the info was forwarded. Upon trying to check in I was informed about this arrangement. Plis a caution of 100 Euro, plus lawyers if smoking ban was not obeyed (I am not a smoker). Furthermore I was informed that my credit card was not accepted. I was given an european account to send the money too. Difficult and inconvenient for me as an Australian. Ander those conditions I did not check in. I was told I would have pay storno fee. Because the conditions leading to my refusal were only evident after I had booked I do not see why I should pay 45 Euro. Furthermore I am diabetic an suffer from heart disease. I had to look for an alternative accomodation on this extremly hot evening (european heatwave). After 2 hours unsuccessful searching we could stay with friends. It is my intention to hand this case to my lawyer because of the hardship I have suffered and the uncompromising attitude of the person on checkin. I cannot see why on earth I should recomend HSG10 to anyone

Expedia error ..... I hope I was not charged....

I arrived to be told that the property was apartments and could not be booked for one night. They said it was an Expedia error. They offered me an alternative several kilometres out of town which was not acceptable. They apologised and said I had not been charged. I hope this is the case and that Expedia has not charged me. PLEASE RESPOND EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE
