The property was basically an apartment. It was very clean and modern. Checking in and out was easy. There was a local bar nearby that got loud but it wasn’t loud enough to bother me while sleeping.

Amazing stay and location.

This is my second time staying at a Sounders location and they are simply amazing. So clean with all the amenities we needed. I should have downloaded the app sooner and read up on what I didn’t need to bring, this is much much better than renting a hotel room as it had a full size fridge and basically a small apartment/condo. The location is central to so much. It’s a very beautiful area. The instructions to get in were very clear down to the parking. Highly recommend

Clean, Modern, fun Location

The Sonder exceeded expectations! We did get a free room upgrade, so unsure how different the room we paid for would have been like. But the 2 bedroom was modern, clean and luxurious. The location is right next to great bars, shops and restaurants. Although outside was lively, the room was well insulated making it quiet and peaceful. Metered parking is kind of a pain. I’d recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep-in, the rooms do fill with light at sunrise with all the windows.

Place was great... All codes worked. Parking was rough. We saw reviews of parking by a bar. Well you have to pay 25 per day and then in the morning the guy renews you and charges an extra 10 Dollars because they renew. There are no instructions and no help in this matter you are on your own. Other than that its great!

It was cute n cozy. Bed was comfortable. It was close to the venue for the concert I went to. No parking. So that was a bit hard. Not being from this area, it was hard to figure everything out. But we managed. But the stay was nice.

Our stay ended up fine, and the apartments have a lot going for them, but street noise was a problem. Sounds of traffic lights, disco and even people talking are not hindered by poorly isolated windows or walls. Sonder provided us with noise machines and rain or ocean sounds made it possible to sleep.

This was a GREAT place to stay! Only downside was there was loud noise from the bar late at night (until 2AM) AND THEN loud noise REALLY early (like 5AM) from construction. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the place for you. Also a few cleanliness issues (make up on bed sheets and hair found on coffee maker). Otherwise was a great place to stay!

Cool building and concept but the unit needs a serious deep clean. The walls & windows are paper thin and you can hear EVERY sound and conversation happening on the street and in units above and below you. There were other guests on the rooftop terrace partying until 4am one night. There is no one on property to mange and keep the peace. Location is super convenient but not worth losing sleep every night in exchange.
