It ended up being a little colder weekend than we anticipated. My girlfriend was cold. I asked if more blankets could be provided, and within no time I had a blanket dropped off to us. Parked right in front of the building. Super nice area. Definitely will be back.

The location of this property is very nice and is conveniently located to most things you want to do. The apartment itself was not very well cleaned and specifically the bathroom was not cleaned from previous guests. We found previous guest hair and other items still in the tub and on the bathroom walls. The toilet was dirty and had urine around the back of it. Also, in the kitchen the dishwasher was load with dirty dishes from the previous guests and had not been run. We also found three roaches in the bathroom.

A great place to stay. Unique and very comfortable. Was surprised to learn that I had to check in about a mile away from the property. That should be better communicated. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend (just don’t let your Uber go until you check in!)

The space was very clean, cozy and quiet. There was plenty of room to be comfortable to both rest and have time to get work done or relax in the living room area. The location was very convenient for everything we were visiting St Louis for! (We could walk to both the Fabulous Fox Theatre and Foundry - about 15 min each, and it was a very short trip to the Enterprise Center)

Room smelled of cigarettes, had to leave and book another property, check in and location was awful and hard to find. Property is nothing like it is described in booking. Bed was comfortable for the one night I stayed

The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone.

We liked the location of this hotel—it's right on campus or just across the street, making it feel safe and convenient. You’re only a couple of blocks away from fast food, Walgreens, and the bus, which was so convenient. The area feels regal and historic with beautifully manicured lawns, and everything was just as pictured. The air conditioning worked well, all the amenities were in place, and we really enjoyed the old-timey charm. The only minor suggestion I have is about the check-in process. Instead of having to haul luggage to a sister hotel to provide a credit card, it would be great to handle that by phone. It would save that extra trip, especially in the heat. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!
