Totally unacceptable policy of check out time of 9:00am! The normal check out time for other similar units and properties in the area is 11:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm and the only way to extend the check out time was an additional fee (not even a full day). Completely inflexible when they acknowledged there was no one checking in the same day as my departure. Will never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again.
