This place is awesome. Great price, super clean, great staff, they even have on site laundry. The layout of the rooms, with the desk, and kitchen make you feel very at home and the staff is very kind. The location is great, across the Main Street from Hotel Intercontinental and Hotel Dann, shopping, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cali.

Convenient location near cafes and markets

Very clean stay with modern appliances. I loved the kitchen set up in the private suites, the hotel is very close to the supermarket. I was able to check in after 8pm, but definitely let hotel know so you can receive the instructions prior to arrival.

The property itself is in a good area of Cali and is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride away from lots of shopping areas and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the communication from staff was phenomenal. My check in was at 4PM, but my flight got in at 6AM. Enrique was kind enough to pop in early to allow me to leave my bags in the building until my check in time. He went above and beyond arriving several hours earlier than scheduled to accommodate me.

Accommodation with impeccable standards, very well isolated from noise, uncomplicated and efficient entry system! The only thing that is not clear to me is if they offer daily cleaning service, I asked for hygiene items and they never arrived! but everything perfect otherwise! I'll def repeat again!

A comfortable home in Cali

A comfortable home in Cali within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions in a clean, modern building with secure access and in room safes for your valuable documents and small valuables. Very reasonable rates in a very comfortable area with local food shopping and bank access for cost conscious foreign travelers. Some apartments have all you need for cooking and dining in your living area or just enjoying take-out services (Rappi) is a popular option. The staff led by Enrique and his assistants are very friendly and helpful and do an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the facilities. The building is very close to the very scenic river and the park grounds that abut it. And it is surrounding by restaurants with a variety of cuisines and everything from food courts at the Centro Comercial Centenario, local dining establishments, American fast food favorites, street food stands to the Intercontinental Hotel fine dining options.

I liked it but they don’t clean everyday. I asked for cleaners, especially toilet bowl cleaner but he didn’t give me. I was on a trip and I didn’t want to spent time go shopping for cleaners. They wanted to use their cleaning services which is a bit expensive at $100.000 COP. I would not stay here again.
