Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. Housekeeping cleans everyday and change towels daily. Staff are helpful. We feel safe during our 4 night stay, you have to use a room key to open the door of the property as well as the elevator. Overall, we has a pleasant stay.

Place is at a very convenient location for Sealife Sydney etc. Room was clean and amenities were good too. However we were on L1 and the noise from the bar across road and traffic was too loud to let us sleep for most part of the night.

Great view of Darling Harbour and close to all the restuarants along the waterfront. Pub just across the road if you want a quick drink. Ferry service close by. Can be a bit noisy at night with the traffic and music from the pub. Otherwise great location.

In need of an upgrade

The unit is well located and equipped, during the weekend a lot of noise from other occupants and the street noise was quite noticeable ,mind you we were on the first floor . The building overall is in need of some upgrades, reasonably clean and comfortable nevertheless the staff were very friendly and helpful and we did enjoy our visit as we were really only in the unit to sleep.

Really nice people working there and high points for cleanliness. The property itself is starting to show its age a bit. First apartment the AC didn't work. They were super happy to change us to an apartment where it worked well...but the shower dripped. No parking which is a bit of an issue. No restaurant or anything like that but good location and roomy. A lot of traffic noise. Probably wouldn't book it again but good staff and they've optimized the property they have.

The guy at the reception when checking out was very helpful and friendly! wifi was good and free in all rooms. The apartment has everything you need, there's a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, washing machines etc (bring your own washing liquid or buy at reception). Good guidebooks provided! However got the feeling that the place had seen better days. The lift was scary and no stairs were available, room smell was very unpleasant, some parts of the apartment were poorly cleaned upon arrival. the bath looked gross, so didnt use it. same with waterboiler, otherwise kitchen and utensils seemed clean and in good condition. didnt look at the pots and pans though. pillows were hard but bed was fresh and clean and quite comfy. It wasnt super filthy but it also wasnt as clean as other places i've stayed (at lower rates!). All in all it was ok, far from horrible but could use a freshup. I would stay again at a lower rate, if I was on a budget. it's worn and not super clean but passable and friendly staff makes a big difference - improved my impression!

An enjoyable couple of days.

Good place to stay in the city close to everything. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Not far to get to SCG. The room was spacious and well equipped . We were able to leave our bags and freshen up before a lunch event. An enjoyable stay.
