Good value for a place to sleep. Kitchen functional. Convenient location. Bit noisy at night. Parking was tight and entrance to building did not feel as safe as I would have preferred at night. Excellent communication with property owners.

Very convenient and extremely well located Only low points where the parking which is hard to find, even with the indications provided, and the outside keypad where some keys (B) were erased, causing confusion when trying to get in. (The A and B are located on either side of the 0, at the bottom)

Well located, easy, keyless entry, low price. That’s about it for the pros. The place is very smelly and noisy. It has been let go for seemingly years. The bathroom is particularly in terrible shape: leaky faucet and splashy shower head, scaling paint, mild, wall ceramic tiles hanging by a thread. Get a real hotel for the price difference.

This unit was very clean, as seen in the pictures and equipped with everything we needed. Location was key as we were able to walk to the event we were attending. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful this morning at our departure. We would recommend this unit. Parking is a little confusing at first but easy after we figured it out.

The place is nice, one bedroom condo: lively area of the town. Street parking is available but you have to pay. Communication for check in check out was great but we had to ask about the air condition since it was really hot but the host never responded. We stayed through the heat with the window open. Worth the money for sure tbh. I’d still recommend and give it a generous 4/5

Good AND bad

GOOD: City center location is nice. Parking was convenient. Access was keyless and easy. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Smaller full kitchen nice for longer stays. Good water flow in comfortably sized shower.plenty of wardrobe storage for single person, though maybe a little tight for a couple on a longer stay. BAD: TV inoperable due to destroyed HDMI cable. I messaged through app, but never received response. Toilet is small round type instead or larger oval type. Dead bolt on door didn’t latch, which is a safety concern. The fake fireplace was super rickety…bumping it hard enough on your way could seriously damage it and leave you with an unexpected expense. Considering the lack of response on the TV, getting help with other things (towels, soap, etc.) might be challenging. Everything in French, nothing in English.

Throughout the night I started scratching my body. I immediately thought about Bed Bugs!! Before I went to bed I had looked at the window sills and noticed it was dirty. Bed Bugs can get into window sills. When I got home I immediately took the necessary precautions: put all my clothes in ziploc bags and putting the bags in the freezer for 3 days. Doing this kills the Bed Bugs. After three days, I washed all my clothes. I did not have problems at home but I know the steps I took made the difference. I doubt very much I would stay there again.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Par contre gros point négatif le parking… c’est ma troisième semaine et il a pas un soir de semaine que j’ai pas eu de misère, un soir j’ai dû me stationner ailleurs, et j’ai pris un ticket de 100 $… peut-être que l’été c’est moins pire mais l’hiver ça marche pas…
