Be sure to check in ahead of time since the process can be a little complicated and intimidating. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend it! Loved it!

The apartment style property is centrally located near Plaza Mayor and in walking distance to most all city monuments. Despite its central location there was no noise or disturbances throughout my stay. The room was modern and it was a major plus having a washer in room!!

Terrible at fixing issue

Communication is terrible from the property management. We informed of no hot water at both our rooms but even till the last day they didn’t come to fix the issue. We either took a very cold shower when it was freezing outside or skipped it. Terrible

Overall a good stay. Right by Plaza Mayor and walking distance to many attractions, including Prado, El Retiro, Puerta Sol, Presidential Palace, Plaza Espana etc. Property is clean and fairly modern. Small washer in bathroom did a good job. Quiet and I slept well. What could be better is check-in process. Despite claim that codes will be sent 24hrs before they were emailed only 1hr before (2 pm). When travelling you might not be on data plan and rely on public wifi which might not be always available. I was coming in by Train which had wifi so it was not a problem, but someone might have an issue. It should also be clearly stated codes would be sent 1hr before, not 24 hrs, to avoid confusion Shower was leaking a bit and handle could not stay fixed. Rubbish basket was small; I stayed 6 nights and it was unclear where/how to take trash out. Kitchen table is super small even for 1 person, 2 wouldn't even be possible. Overall a decent stay and one I'd probably recommend.

Awkward Design and some Internet Issues

Second stay at this property. I love the Limehome Concept : comfortable beds and a kitchenette. Great location despite being less salubrious area. Provided supplies helpful. Last stay was on the same floor but this one is the smallest studio and is an awkward design in comparison. Finding somewhere to plug in the kitchen appliances was tricky as was using the washer and the tiny sink ( broke a plate and glass) No dishwasher. This trip my internet went in and out multiple times. Luggage Storage just metres down the road if you need before or after checkin. This is a code access property with no front desk or staff on site. Comfortable despite the few issues this visit. 4 apartment hotels all within few hundred metres of each other and this ranked no 2. Comfortable bed.

Nos encantó la ubicación privilegiada que tiene, estuvimos una noche pero pudimos hacer todo a pie, plaza del sol, la gran plaza, el mercado san miguel, la Almuneda, el palacio imperial. Carrefur para comprar alimentos y consumirlos en el departamento. Todo lo hicimos caminando. Tiene lo necesario para una estacia cómoda y práctica. Cercana a muchos atrcativos y tiendas en centro de Madrid.

Un departamento bastante amplio que nos permitió confort y disfrutarlo. Solo un día se descompuso el elevador pero lo arreglaron ese mismo día. Tuve atención directa y lo recomiendo ampliamente. Además, la ubicación inmejorable. Pedí más café de cápsulas y nos proporcionaron varios.
