Overall feedback on our stay

Apartment is spacious except for the toilet which is a little small. The mattress was also sinking, supposed to be a double bed, however it's not an actual queen size mattress. Rather it was a combination of 2 single beds joined together. Resulting in middle section of bed sinking it and further sinker in due to the losing of the spring on the mattress.

Good hotel close to train station

The reception staffs were friendly and helpful especially the ladies which showed that they were well trained and very experience. Our overall experience with the hotel was very good. The only comment we like to make is that the dinning room area can be made brighter for convenience of reading.

Stayed a week in two different rooms and had a previous stay 6 months ago. Front desk staff is super. Refurb just about finished, as lifts/ lights/ lobby were out of service on and off......should be better going forward. Large 1 bedroom apartment was very big, would stay again easily. The area is just perfect for shops, grocery, bank, museums, restaurants, etc...Love the hood. One complaint is some rooms still have two single beds pushed together, they are noisy, and uncomfy. You wind up in crack between them. Kitchens are well furnished which is nice for an occasional meal in, especially in London. For those staying the next 6 months big note: Picadilly line (from Heathrow) will not stop at Glouchester Rd from now til end of year for refurb. So make your plans coming and going accordingly.

Nice service apartment close to tube station

Very accessible, near Piccadilly line tube station (Gloucester road). Comfortable and spacious apartment. Lift was poor. Small and the button of our floor was not working when we got there. Took 2 days to fix it. Got caught by the dysfunctional loft door twice in 5 days. Catastrophic if a kid was to be caught by the door.

Great location, clean and spacious

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

Pro: relatively inexpensive for the area. very convenient for tube, dining etc. Con: lift not working. very tired room and furniture, stale smell. felt more like a hostel. was also surprised to see room windows wide open when i arrived giving street access to room via fire exit.

Very spacious apartment in Kensington. Proximity to tube is good and several close grocery store. Housekeeping was fantastic. Property could use some updating but overall very comfortable stay. Elevator is extremely small and could present a challenge if you have a bigger family, wheelchair, or pram.

Very functional apartment. Was great to have space. Ac worked fine but didn’t quite get cool enough. The second bedroom ac was not good. Still the place was very nice. Service and cleanliness were very good.
