En general las condiciones del apartamento son bastante buenas, pero está ubicado justo diagonal de unos bares y discotecas, y por las noches no es nada cómodo dormir con la música con el volumen muy alto.

I recently stayed and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the space itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious — definitely one of the more stylish places I’ve stayed in for this price range. It had a modern feel and plenty of room to spread out and relax. However, cleanliness was an issue. The unit didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with noticeable dust and some areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. Additionally, the noise level was a major downside. There’s a club or bar right outside, and the music and crowd noise went late into the night, making it really difficult to sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper or planning to go out and enjoy the nightlife yourself, this might not bother you. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay, you might want to consider other options. The potential is there, but the noise and cleanliness need to be addressed.

DO NOT BOOK- this place advertises AC and it does not work! If you try to contact them there will no response. It’s a big apartment with a Portable AC that doesn’t work… the temperature inside reached 85/29C, even with curtains drawn and the place being pitch dark we couldn’t bring the temperature down. The lady at the lobby is rude if you try to book a time to go to pool.. cause you have to make a reservation 24hrs in advance to use it lol. They said if there was availability at the pool they could accommodate, we asked nicely at 11am and she rolled her eyes pulled a list that had ONE name, she said we could use it at 7pm. This place is a joke! So many other beautiful places in Mexico City to stay, I recommend you stay far away from here if you enjoy comfort and bare minimum customer service. We had booked 4 nights and left after the first one.

El baño estaba sucio. Tasa pequeña incómoda y llena de sarro y manchas. Colchón manchado con fluidos humanos. Tenía un protector de hule súper incómodo. NO HAY aire acondicionado. Insoportable el calor. Está rodeado de bares y el ruido en la noche hasta las 3-4 am La cama hace ruido cada vez que te mueves. Despiertas a tu pareja solo por moverte un poco. No hay front desk. Guardia hostil. No te cuidan tus maletas. Solo 3 toallas para 2 perronas 4 días La comunicación con el administrador es lenta he ineficiente. No resuelven NADA

Problemas con el checkin y acceso a mi habitación

El proceso de checkin online no funcionaba y tardé en poder acceder a la propiedad. Por la noche no funcionaba el sistema de entrada automático de la puerta de mi habitación y no tenían nadie localmente para atender el problema y abrir mi habitación. Casi no puedo entrar a dormir y tuve que solucionar el problema sólo después de casi una hora en plena noche. No me quiero imaginar si hay una emergencia dentro de alguna habitación y no haya nadie para abrir la puerta y acceder. Internamente las habitaciones están muy bien y completas pero las labores de mantenimiento no son buenas, dos de las cortinas de mi habitación ni bajaban ni subían

The area the unit is located in is very walkable, and has really great nightlife. I stayed out late, so that was convenient. If I wanted tranquility, this would not be the place. Kudos for having ear plugs bedside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to cook in unit. HUGE closet. The design element was really cool. There was normal wear and tear in the apartment. The biggest complaint was the AC unit was a little unit that could not keep up with the space. The temps were higher than average and the space was up to 87 degrees at peak day.

It looks nice but unfortunately …

I had high hopes for this appart-hotel as the flat itself was very nice and clean, with modern decor. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. First of all, there’s no air conditioning — which would be fine if it weren’t so warm inside. Instead, they provide a fan that not only doesn’t help much but also makes quite a bit of noise, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the surroundings are a bit noisy too. Communication was for me the major issue. There is no real reception — it’s all virtual. I tried to reach them via phone and through the Expedia messaging system, but got no response. Only later did I find out that they’re only reachable via WhatsApp, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere clearly. Even then, they weren’t very helpful, they couldn’t even find my reservation with my name, reservation preference and apartment number— mostly just sent apologies but didn’t actually resolve anything since I was seeking for a simple they use, or switched to an order apartment without waiting time, but it was impossible while they have a plenty of availabilities. Overall, this place could have potential, but the lack of proper communication, no airco, and the uncomfortable sleeping conditions made it a frustrating experience.

Loved the central location to everything like FOOD (everywhere), CULTURE (short uber to anywhere), SHOPPING ( many local vendors) and NIGHTLIFE all within a 5-10min walking distance. Now the Accommodations: (deluxe apartment) was really good, fast WiFi, huge HDTV, fully functional kitchen, bed comfortable and the amenities were like at home so very nice. The only negative (depending on season of your visit) is that my unit didn’t have central air and had only ONE portable a/c for the entire cooling. Apartment never dipping under 71’ degrees and ran 4 1/2 days straight never shutting off. So if it was the dead of summer? I can only imagine that would not be possible to keep apartment temperature comfortable. Besides that, stay was wonderful and would stay again as well as recommend.

Our stay was pleasant, but we did not have a cleaning service, and we only had internet service for one day. Over all the stay was comfortable.

Had a bit of trouble getting the passcode, but the guidance provided was timely and helpful. The check-in process wasn’t the smoothest. Also, there was no air conditioning, which was a drawback.

The place on its own is fantastic. Great neighborhood, access control and security to the apartment, the views. It's the little details in the apartment that makes it feel it could considerable improved. Electrical plugs broken, subpar internet service, broken handles in the restroom.

Not a hotel!

This is not a hotel, not even close to being a hotel. This is a few studio apartment rooms managed by someone on Whatsapp so it's impossible to get any type of service or answers. The property was not clean. Everything felt sticky and there was lots of hair on towels and pillows. The AC unit was not working properly, it was incredibly loud so we turned it off but then had to deal with the heat and didn't sleep well at night. Very disappointing.

La propiedad parecía perfecta. Sin embargo, llegamos y empezaron los problemas. No recibimos el código de acceso al apartamento. En la recepción tuvieron que llamar a pedirlo porque no nos contestaron el correo. La luz de la habitación principal no encendía. La llave de la ducha no abría. El televisor no tenía control y nunca pudimos encenderlo. La puerta del closet se había caído. El piso estaba levantado en varios sitios. Faltaban blackouts. Las sábanas viejas. Escribimos en más de 5 oportunidades al servicio al cliente y la respuesta siempre fue la misma: tomamos nota y enviaremos a nuestro servicio técnico. Nunca fueron. El servicoi al cliente, pésimo. Una lástima porque la ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento, si estuviera bien mantenido, habría sido perfecto. Lamentablemente se nota que no le hacen mantenimiento hace mucho tiempo. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
