The room was very clean, and it had a balcony with a view. There was a bakery and grocery store very close, and the room was very reasonably priced.

First of all by mistake i have booked one extra night and they refused to bring back any single euro . And in the check in time it took long time to find my booking. First they said that I don’t have booking then when i shaw them the reservation details the receptionist said that my booking in another hotel than she said ok i find it and the room is ready !!!! After this long process i lost my Mexican hat in the lobby but nobody informed me in during my three nights till I asked for it . In the same time it was too difficult to sleep since the weather was too hot and the AC was not cooling. It was one of my worst experiences in France .

There is a nice park on the River Seine which is a 10 minute walk away. The train, metro and bus stations are around 10 minutes away - Porte de Saint-Cloud and Issy Val de Seine (RER train and bus). Very close to the PSG football stadium and not too far from Roland Garros (tennis).

Enjoyable Stay

Especially Ms.Sarah and also Mr. Dorian were very kind and helpful for me at the reception. They gave me very valuable help with my transportation services and also other needs at the hotel. Spacious room with a big balcony. Room cleaning level was good as well Thanks for all of them.

Overall Mercure hotel is a safe and sound place. Staff are nice. However, bathrooms need more attention. Bottled water would have been nice. There’s a water fountain for you to fill your own bottles but that’s on the ground floor near the lifts. Local dining places are walking distance. Uber drivers turn up pretty quick. 30 mins from Gare du Nord station. 7 mins drive to Eiffel Tower.
