The room was adequate, the property was well maintained, the staff was helpful despite limited language skills. Great street food around the corner and overall a good area. Seemed expensive for Vietnam but maybe its just the south

The host cancelled our reservation 1h before earliest check in time and was unreachable by phone after that. We were in a taxa with our three small kids on the way to the hotel when receiving the cancellation and had to identify a new hotel downtown HCMC. CANNOT recommend this hotel!!!

Lovely place, right in the center of District 1 with a great view of the canal and surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who would love to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Property was clean, full equipments with toiletries(pleasantly surprised me, didn’t expect it). Located in district 1 which a very busy district but convenient to travel out.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Would definitely stay here again! Very updated, very spacious, very clean. Very good location, Grab picks up right in front of building. Food mart, pharmacy in easy walking distance.

The location is perfect because it is in the center of the city, so it is easy to get around, to enjoy the bustle of the city and delicious local food. The room is clean and filled with utilities so there is no inconvenience.

Everything is perfect because of its ideal location and is filled with accommodation. The view is beautiful over the day, both morning and night. The host was always there to help me with my questions and communicate with her is so smoothly. I enjoyed my trip comfortably thanks to the host and this lovely apartment.

The room is very clean and spacious with full amenities — towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb, a kitchen with a microwave, TV, and a sofa in a separate living area. There are two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, plus a balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, and four bottles of drinking water. At first, it can be a bit confusing — you need to ask the security guard to call the staff, as the building seems to be a condo used as accommodation. The staff were very kind, explained everything clearly, and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spacious, clean and centrally located to the main market and other attractions including the walking street and great restaurants and cafés. Kim was an excellent host and ensured we were taken care. She also assisted with arranging tour packages for excursions and sightseeing activities. Great service and pleasant stay overall! Thank you!

There is a construction site next to the property so might be abit annoying - but the property itself is great and we had 2 bedroom but only 1 shared bathroom - the washing machine that comes with the property is great time saver for our family of 5. Abit out of the central district 1 but affordable Grab taxi makes that not an issue.
