Very spacious! The unit we got had 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a full size living room with a full kitchen, plus the entire patio to ourselves. It was also located a few blocks to the central part of downtown Palm Springs so we were able to walk around.

The property was looking a bit shabby this stay. My bathroom sink did not drain the whole time, no microwave, washing machine shuts off on certain cycles and dining table was wonky could not eat on it.
