Our family enjoyed our stay at Residence Alma-Marceau Champs-Élysées. Our check-in was easy. Our apartment was everything and more. The kitchen is fully equipped. And there is maid service. The location is within walking distance of many Paris landmarks and near three different metro lines. Dominique Ottiger is always available to help. We can't wait to return.

Très cher, comme n'importe quel établissement dans Paris, mais excellent service super sympathique. On est vraiment bien reçu. Cependant ascenseur brisé pendant plusieurs jours (!) - avec une "pièce à recevoir d'Italie", ce qui est évidemment inacceptable. Vu le prix ($1000 par jour pour le plus petit appart) il faudrait revoir le système d'ascenseur au complet et/ou changer de fournisseur pour la réparation. Il y avait des gens qui ne pouvaient physiquement pas monter l'escalier.

Great Apt in the Center of Paris

Great sized Apartment in the center of Paris. it had all the requirements of home, washer, TV, Iron, etc. I would recommend and stay (again) at this apartment in Paris. It is 5 mins walk to the George V Metro. Downside is there are no amenities, IE pool, gym etc.

Plenty of room to enjoy Paris with family

The apartment is impeccable. Great concierge that helped with anything we needed. Finally, location puts you right in the heart of the city with everything you need within walking distance. Worth it.

Located very close to Champs Elyeeses and within walking distance of many major attractions. Apartment was spacious and the staff were very attentive. All in all, a great stay.

Excellent stay

Traveling with my family to Paris, Alma Marceau was the perfect place. It’s located a few minutes walk to the Champs Elysses and world class shopping. There are also cafes and restaurants at the end of the street. It was also extremely comfortable and spacious. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I definitely recommend Alma Marceau if you’re traveling with kids or if you are looking for a spacious and modern accommodation that is centrally located.

便利な場所です。

シャンゼリゼ通りまで徒歩10分以内なのでどこへ行くにも便利です。近くにスーパーもあり、Yoshi と言う日本食レストラン、イタリアンもホテルの横にあります。 残念だったのは備え付けの紅茶やコーヒーが補充されなかった事です。9泊したのでフロントに聞きましたが自分で買って下さいとの事。4スターなら補充が普通だと思います。 それ以外は満足でした。

Great with one exeption that can be fixed

Great with the exception that we found out that the housekeeping uses our used towels to clean bathrooms including toilets !! We had to buy our own towels the second day.

Outstanding Parisian lifestyle. Make yourself an espresso with the machine provided in the kitchen, walk out on your private balcony and feel like a local. Five minute walk to Champs Elysse or the Seine.

Good hotel

I stayed Alma marceu hotel confortablely during my trip. The location was very good to go Eiffel towel and Champs-Elysees. Every night, I went there for night view. Especially, the size if room was big. So, for family trip, it is good.

Apartamento com 1 quarto, cama de casal tipo queen. Dois banheiros, sendo 1 com banheira/ducha e outro com assento sanitário. Ampla sala de estar com varanda e cozinha completa e sofá cama (conforto limitado). Bairro ótimo a 8 minutos da Champs Elysee, 10 minutos do Arco do Triunfo. 15 minutos de Trocadeiro. Tem tudo próximo: restaurantes, bares, mercado e padarias. Sem dúvida uma ótima opção para quem quer ficar em Paris e fugir de hoteis convencionais. Piscina, Sauna e Área de lazer.

Great option for families

Alma Marceau is a great option for families visiting Paris. The building is well situated within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and several Metro stops. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet with a number of good dining options right outside the front door. And the unit itself was huge, by Paris standards -- 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a family room with a dining area and an enclosed porch (that unfortunately smelled like it had been used as a smoking den for some time, but otherwise was nice). Highly recommend this as an option if you're looking for a place to stay with some elbow room in an upscale area.

Excellent hotel!!!

Fantastic hotel with wonderful customer service. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very clean, spacious and well equipped. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels but my stay was so good, I had to leave a review. Very close to Champs Élysées too. We will definitely return!
