We enjoyed our stay there. The location was great close to Hyde park. Lots of convenient stores, eateries and gift shops nearby. Train station is also close by. Staff was nice and very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes.

The room was small but serviceable. The sofa was not real comfy, but the bed and bedding was very nice. For being in London, the room was very quiet and convenient to the underground station about a block and a half away.

We loved this location for having access to a kitchen, being able to buy groceries which are nearby, and make our own food. The building is dated, hallways are very narrow and the elevator is slow, but there are not a lot of floors. The room was spacious, beds were very firm and pillows very flat. Bathroom was decent though we could not get the plug in the bathtub to work. Having air conditioning was a life saver as it was 33c and humid the week we were there.
