Right in the middle of Reforma but near the airport. The space waa great with ample dining area, bathroom, rooms, and laundry. Great for small families and solo travelers. Communication was easy and staff spoke both Spanish and English.

Th location was fantastic to bars, shops and restaurants. The 24 hour concierge/front desk made the stay feel very secure and the bedding was the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay in this location and apartment again for sure.

Staff was nice and friendly, however, the rooms and bathrooms were not very private as the bathroom had a gap that buildings in front of the hotel could see us through. Rooms were also nice but same issue - lack of privacy due to gaps in between curtains.

Good proximity to a lot of desirable areas , very friendly staff , clean room. Street noise is present in the morning and at rush hour but honestly not that bad. Would stay again

The apartment/hotel location is perfect. It’s walking distance from a very busy and friendly neighborhood with plenty of activities and restaurants. The rooms are great, they have everything you’ll need.

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The street that the hotel is on is pretty busy all throughout the day and night but they leave earplugs in the room if the noise is too loud for you. The only issue we experienced was the temperature of the water in the shower- it would randomly get super cold and it would take a while to warm up again making it uncomfortable to shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Excellent staff. I would recommend having more toilet paper in the room without having to ask every time you need a new roll. And the windows are so thin that you can hear all the traffic in the streets. Other than that, It was good.
