the room was clean, nice layout and very bright and airy. St Pete’s is quite noisy so I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the hotel The staff were quite helpful

Wrong room given

We selected a king studio, then when we got to the room, it was a queen. They were already full and couldn’t change our room. Then when we contacted hotels.com to help with getting a refund, they said the hotel is unwilling to do anything, we had a terrible night sleep, as my husband and I can’t sleep together in a queen bed.

Great property but can be better

The hotel was in a good location. Staff were amazing. Location is good and I love the washer dryer inside the room. Unfortunately it was not clean when we checked in. The bathroom was dirty and hairs on the floor. The floor in the room was dirty also.

This is a nice hotel at a convenient location. It's not fancy but had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again :)

I wasn't able to stay so I can't give a reading except for that. The nice young couple who greeted me offered to show me the room because of my situation I needed to separate sleeping areas and I had two dogs and the room was going to be too small. I'm still in the process of getting my money refunded, but that's not their fault. I need to contact Expedia. The place was very clean. Parking is limited, but it is a beautiful place. Just wasn't big enough for us. Thanks for all your help.
