What I loved most about the Arena Apartments: while we were only here for one night, our party of six agreed that we got a feel for what it might be like to live in the West End neighborhood. We were clearly staying in a property where some of the apartments were occupied by full time residents which added to the experience. Having a full apartment with a living area and a kitchen was what we needed (after three nights in a hotel room) and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood, finding great eating options both for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane.

The room was very functional, bathroom kitchen bedroom and living area. Appliances all worked well as well as WiFi. Check in was very easy with Ina and checkout was also a breeze with Pam. Location is great, between south bank and west end. apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was rubbish, way too soft, dipping in the middle, clearly time for replacement of mattress. Hallway stank of cigarette smoke constantly, but other than that, it was pretty good.
