This property is in the heart of Moab, yet it’s very quiet and secluded. The tiny homes are cleaned thoroughly and the full kitchen was very helpful for us. I would stay here time and time again!

Location and comfort

Best location, walkable to anything downtown Moab; restaurants, shops, etc. Easy check in/out. Clean with wonderful amenities-hit tub, grill, outdoor seating and fire pit. Would stay here again.

Perfect base camp in Moab

Amazing place to stay in Moab! Unit was outfitted perfectly with a nice kitchenette including a big fridge and a microwave oven. Hot tub was an welcome bonus!

It was very easy to walk to several dining options and shopping. It literally had every amenity we needed. I was astounded that they could outfit a kitchen in the limited space, but we were able to have meals there which was great when we were exhausted from hiking. I also loved having coffee in the morning and enjoyed the hot tub at night. The mattress and pillows were also comfortable. Great stay, we'll be back!

Very nice property, well maintained with excellent communication from on scene and administration staff. Easy walk to many restaurants, park and community pool. Convenient access to main roads leading to National Parks and outdoor activities. Our stay was for 6 nights and we left wanting to stay longer.

Very happy with the cleanliness and decor of the room. It was comfortable, hip and in a convenient location. I really liked the well-stocked kitchen. I will definitely recommend to friends and absolutely stay there again when I am in Moab.

Kokopelli West was the perfect set up for us. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The outdoor communal area was perfect for eating our takeout Thai dinner from Thai Bella next door, and the designated parking was appreciated. Communication with the property was clear and the check in process was seamless. We would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Hidden Gem in Moab!

Amazing little property tucked a block behind main street in downtown Moab. Easy walking distance to dining and shopping. Quiet and immaculately clean. The hot tub and firepit were great additions to the stay. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Moab but here!
