This Hotel is really Three Star but it was still very good and in an ideal location.The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed.The staff were wonderful .They were friendly ,helpful and always smiling.We would stay in this Hotel again because of the lovely staff.

O apartamento é bem localizado, muito próximo ao Distrito Arcos, restaurante e cafés. Fácil acesso ao ônibus city tour e mercados. Elogio especial ao Rafael que nos atendeu muito bem, sempre solicito e atencioso, respondeu prontamente as nossas solicitações. Café da manhã bom, especialmente a máquina de café que serve várias bebidas. O quarta espaçoso e camas confortáveis, apenas o banheiro que é pequeno para uma família, mas o chuveiro e o secador muito bons.

Bom Apartamento em Palermo

Um bom apartamento em Palermo, com muito boa localização. Limpo, confortável, com varanda. O atendimento de Rafael foi simpático e eficiente. Havia um vazamento no aquecedor que foi sanado no dia seguinte prontamente. Apenas o café da manhã é fraco, com as mesmas coisas todos os dias e pouca variedade de produtos. Mas isso não é o mais importante. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza. (Pena não ter tirado fotos).

The room was lovely - nice little kitchen and spacious. Breakfast was good - coffee, fruits, pastry and cheese/ham. The location is fine - it was just hard to get an uber there. The communication was excellent and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
