Good stay

It was a beautiful spot and easy to get to places. A lot of space! But the sauna room smelled like mold and there was a lot of black spots on the wood. The room we split in smelled musty. Quite location and parking spot you don’t have to pay for!

一泊二日で利用させて頂きました。 スタッフの対応や入室直後の部屋は非常に満足していたのですが、布団に血のようなシミが付いていたり、ホコリが気になったりと細かい所が少し嫌でした。クーラーも起動するとずっと本体がガタガタ揺れて、寝る時にも音が大きいので、気になり、なかなか寝付けないぐらいでした。自分が気になってしまっただけで、他の方が全員そうかは分かりませんが、、、。 ただ、全体を通しての評価だと子供たちも大変喜んでいたので良かったです。

乾淨整潔但設施老舊的臨街民宿，總體體驗較差！

位置距離白良濱車程10分鐘，有很多棟民宿，需要去服務中心辦理入住再自行前往各自民宿。大多都是臨街的一戶建，早晨車來車往噪音大。屋內整體乾淨整潔，但裝修及設施非常老舊且無wifi（入住有送移動wifi但並不好用），臥室床墊質量糟糕且窗簾不遮光，對睡眠影響較大。房間不包每日打掃衛生，有任何需要都只能自行前往服務中心溝通，總體體驗較差！

アドベンチャーワールドに行きたかったので予約しました。施設専用の駐車場が、アドベンチャーワールドの目の前にあるし、宿泊施設からも徒歩の距離。建物の屋上にバーベキューセットしてくれているので、スーパーで買い出ししてバーベキューを楽しみ、部屋の大きなお風呂は温泉の水。 ベッドに寝ても良いし、上がり框に布団でもりいいし、修学旅行気分で子供達も大満足。 毎年の恒例にしたいくらい楽しかった

家族で利用でしたので、一軒家のホテルは本当に家みたいに寛げて良かったです!お風呂も温泉を入れて頂いていたのでそれも嬉しかったですし、ある程度のキッチン用品が一通り揃えてあったので家内に関して不便はあまり感じなかったです! ただ駐車スペースの案内文字が小さくて分かりづらいのと、荷物を持っての玄関までの階段が少し危ないなと感じました。 ありがとうございました！

マンガいっぱいで子供のテンションアップ

マンガがたくさんあってワクワクする雰囲気で楽しく過ごせました。プロジェクターもあって快適。全体的に新しく綺麗でした。 電子レンジはバルミューダ。 テレビのアンテナが弱いのか地上波がよく途切れました。寝室の就寝時の小さな明かりが無いので、真っ暗になりました。

翡翠2号に泊まりました。 色んな一棟貸しに泊まったけど、一番良かった。子供が5人と多いので、リビングでくつろげるスペースが広くてゆったり過ごせた。Wi-Fiの接続も良く、みんながタブレット使ってもサクサク動いたのも良かった。 寝室は寝る場所によると街灯の光がちょうど顔を照らすので、工夫して寝る必要がありました。まだ子供が小さいので大丈夫だったけど、あのスペースで８枚布団を敷くと、スペース的に荷物を置くのが２階になり、お風呂が１階で着替えとかをわざわざ持ってあげるのは億劫だなと思いました。 お風呂は温泉で良かったけど、２日目お湯の溜まりが悪く、なかなか温まることが出来なかったのが残念でした。 また機会があれば是非泊まりたい宿でした。 家族からも好評でした。

千鳥に泊まりました。一棟貸しなので他に気を遣うことなく、子ども連れには最高です。部屋も清潔で家電も揃っており大満足でした。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。 残念な点は、強風時に風が換気扇を逆流してきて非常にうるさいこと、階段の照明が高いところにある間接照明だけで夜暗くて危険なこと、玄関の匂い（芳香剤）が強すぎて不快なことです。

アドベンチャーワールド近くで宿泊者にアドベンチャー前で駐車できる場所まで提供してくださり非常に助かりました。 部屋も大変清潔でアメニティも充実してます。 自炊やBBQが出来る設備があるので、近くのスーパーで買い物をして食事ができるので連泊する際にまた利用させていただきたいです。

とても楽しみにしていたのですが、ベットルームに前の宿泊者の方が服用したと思われる薬のゴミと、忘れ物のフリスクが置きっぱなしだったことで、その部屋は使用する気にならず、和室で2泊寝ました。鍋の脂汚れや冷蔵庫扉が油でぬるっとしていたことなど、お掃除が間に合っていないように思えました。 年に一度は和歌山旅行をしているので来年もクリスタルグループさんの宿泊を考えています。どうか改善をしていただけるとありがたいと思い投稿致しました。

施設の場所が少し奥まった場所にあり、地図を見ながらでも発見ができませんでした。小さくても良いので目印となるような看板があれば良かったです。 施設設備はキレイに管理されていて、快適でした。また利用したいと思います。
