房间向內街嘈吵車聲影响睡眠

房间向内街，馬路車聲在晚上影响嘈杂無法安睡，房内配備耳塞帶上也無用。早餐满意。中午入住时無房，只能在他們員工儲物間換衣服外出。房间內免费供应水果饼干零食值得嘉许

房間有蚊，地氈污垢，但服務好，貼心

有蚊，地氈不衛生，熱水要開一會才有，需改善 但酒店有生果供應，早餐不俗，房間夠大，設施都齊備。前台服務員細心，服務態度友善。

The hotel front desk receptionists are not well trained to provide good customer service. We had to be charged for the mistake they made for the so call two " missing" room cards. We had a total of 22 rooms as a group of people staying there checking in and out at different time. The front desk did not pay any attention of our reservation as how many stay in which room for how long. This is the reason why we we're blamed. They did not want to hear our explanation either.

床舖寬敞 燈光足夠 有露台,看街景 浴室掛鉤損壞,不便掛衣服 浴室有大蓮蓬頭,洗澡很舒適 房間有水果/咀香園小食提供,十分欣賞 早餐選擇略少 , 味道一般 但總體感覺良好,員工很有禮

房間乾淨

酒店職員很細心，服務也很好。直走5-10MINS就可以到步行街，也很方便~ 早餐的種類也多，只是面包類很快就沒了=[

Happy stay!

the hotel is tidy, care of customers, staffs are friendly, nice scenery around the river of the hotel, free breakfast that is fairly enough, overall lower costs & comfort. However, rooms face inner street are relatively noisy of cars.

距離步行街比較遠，需步行約 10-15分鐘，附近是民居，入住向街的房間晚上比較嘈，職員態度良好，只差沒有對換人民幣的服務
