Poor treatment by staff

The owners entered without us being there and took pictures of the room, we caught them because dortunately we were going to our room and they were takinf pictures of our baggage and stuff, they saw us and they told us it was to promote for airbnb but the house was a disaster so it was obvously a lie, and at checkout 30 minutes after checkout time they opened the door and told us you have to go, instead of charging a late checkout fee, they were inside the room until we left, horrible service.

Emplacement PARFAIT, à coté de la gare routière de San Antonio (beaucoup de plages accessibles en bus), du centre ville, une plage pas loin mais pas la meilleure..et un supermarché très proche! Appartement propre a notre arrivée. Changement de serviettes plusieurs fois dans la semaine mais appartement pas nettoyé, dommage. Point a améliorer : la literie très peu confortable, l'equipement de la cuisine assez pauvre et abîmé..

Très brillant dans une petite rue glauque des portes qui claquent toutes la nuit des jeunes qui hurlent ivres dans les couloirs donc 3 NUITS BLANCHES publicités mensongères. Avec photo hôtel avec piscine. Qui est dans un autre endroit appartement très propre mais d’une tristesse sans cadres rien et la vue sur les toits des immeubles heureusement que les montagnes de Ibiza relèvent un peu mais éloignés de tout c’est la première fois que je suis déçu de votre prestation. Moi qui est fidèle à votre groupe Expedia très déçu. Pas grave je continuerai à réserver sur Expedia amicalement Philippe picard

Ruhiges Apartment mit netter Rezeption

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel. Zum Meer läuft man 10 Minuten (nicht zum Strand!), zum Hafen ebenso. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants usw. Nahe befindet sich ein Shop (Pollost Alastre) mit einer großen Auswahl an vorgekochten Gerichten incl. Brathähnchen - lecker!--- Die Rezeption befinet sich in 100m Nähe. Man fendet dort sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich echt kümmern, 24 Stunden Service!. Zum Pool geht es ca 10 Minuten entfernt in ein anderes Hotel, dafür braucht man eine Card, die bestätigt, dass man Gast des OROSOL 2 ist. Der Pool ist sehr groß, es gibt reichlich Liegen und "viel Musik"... Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig mit einem kleinen Balkon für genau 2 Stühle. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einem Lift und guter AC. Einige Mitbewohner waren laut. Der POarkplatz ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt auf einem abgeschlossenen Gelände. Zur Hautstadt fährt man 30 Minuten zum Airport dgl. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Le personnel est très sympa. La piscine se situe à l’hôtel Tropical qui est environ à 5 minutes à pieds. Prendre de préférence un appartement avec balcon.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Perfecte ligging bij centrum San Antonio. Appartement zeer verouderd. Geen terras. Niet overal even proper. Maar voor het lage tarief dat we betaald hebben moet je ook niet te veel verwachten. 2 nachten verbleven. Was goed voor 2 nachten, maar langer zeker niet.

Confortable, limpio, céntrico y tranquilo

Muy amables en la recepción y muy preocupados por mantener la tranquilidad en el hotel (cosa que en Ibiza es muy de agradecer). Está situado en un lugar céntrico pero tranquilo, no lejos de las playas aledañas y bastante cercano a Mercadona. El apartamento era sencillo pero muy cómodo, limpio y agradable.
