Spaciousness of apartment. It was clean and tidy and welcoming. Could have done with a tea towel to dry dishes, and a welcome pint of milk to go with the tea and coffee that was there. Would have liked a second pillow as opposed to a cushion on the bed. A lot of the electric sockets weren’t working!!

Great location, secure, under ground parking. These are fully functional apartments including washer & drier + a dishwasher. Next time we'll book a longer stay.

Would be the best accomodation we have had at the Mount so far. We were upgraded at no charge, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was lockable so felt safe. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Was walking distance to shops and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would book it again

Our apartment always smelled musty even though it seemed to be fairly clean. We barely had internet service and had none the last 2 days there. Our headboard literally broke off of bed leaving us to sleep at an odd angle on broken bed for the evening. There was no answer when tried calling hotel so I e-mailed hotel requesting a repair at around 7 p.m. and have still not heard back from them to this day. Pillows definitely need replacing as well. The location and size of apartment was ideal and walking distance to everything. Easy parking in lower garage.

Great location minutes from the beach and hot pools and only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants / cafes. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Pool area was fantastic. Only complaint was the poor WiFi.

Ok stay.

Great spot, no views but over all nice welcomed stay. Close walking distance to pools and amenities. Room was small and no cooker. Microwave was a pain to use. Other wise a good quiet night sleep.Price was a little steep for this stay. I would search wiser next time.

TV had no channels so went to bed after returning from dinner. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and the blinds didn’t block any of the outdoor lighting. Mustn’t be any sound deadening either as I could clearly hear every conversation in the complex…

This property is extremely disappointing. It Is not a 4-5 star, at the most it would be a 2 star. - no staff are ever around or available to speak with - the Queen bed slats all fell out as soon as I sat on the bed, hurting my back. My husband fixed but had to sleep on the couch as it kept breaking. We are not here big people. - There is zero privacy in the bedroom and it’s stuffy as windows open onto the room next doors front door. - Mould all over bathroom roof - we had no hot water at all on our last day and staff uncontactable and could care less when called. - when I did call the staff member was like there as nothing she could do as not there and would reply to my email when she was. I have still had no reply to email. Do not stay here!!

The only good thing this property had going for it was the quiet & safe location at Mt Maunganui- close to shops, restaurants & beach - all walking distance. Room was very run down, needs a fair bit of maintenance & a thorough deep cleaning after maintenance. Sorry, but won’t be staying again on my regular business trips to Tauranga area.

Overall stay ok. A few bits of leftover items from past guests. Slidedoor to outside viewed directly into kitchen of next door neighbour, no privacy. Wifi was horrible. Fence outside patio was falling over. Facilities were good.

Great stay. Good price and location. There were a few bits of damage to the place such as curtain, cupboard door, deck fence etc. We took photos of everything just in case but would be nice to not have to worry about that sort of thing
