Cosy townhouse

Pretty lovely stay. However, there are quite a number of spider webs around. apart from that, amenities were sufficient and it was clean and neat.

Apartment with amenities within walking distance

I was welcomed by a warm receptionist at their office just 5 mins away from the apartments. The rooms are clean and heater was warm enough even though it was located in the living area and two rooms do not have its own heater. The master room is ensuite with its own showering and heating facilities. Dryer was faulty but overall very quiet place for a one day's rest before moving out.

Upgrade to townhouse

Staff upgraded my family of 5 to a townhouse with full facilities. Managed to do some laundry. Enjoyed Philip Island very much. Coles supermart just next door

Spacious house and near to supermarkets

The apartment is a 2-storey house. Check in is done in a different hotel though. House is spacious but there is difficulty in opening the main door with the key. Otherwise, everything else is good and security is tight as key is required to gain access to the main gate of the hotel. 5 min walk to Coles and Woolsworth

We chose this apartment to stay after our family trip to visit the penguin parade. The location is not too bad given you would need to drive after 10pm when the parade finishes. My overall feeling about this hotel is average, if not worse, for the following reasons: 1) We went to the hotel address and only then found at the entrance a small note saying we would need to pick up the key from another address; 2) The flat was not well maintained - two bedrooms need to share one bathroom. There are two door to access from different sides but the knob of the door on the master room side was off, making it impossible to open the door; Other things such as the stove isn't working well - a disaster when we had to wait for half an hour just to boil a pot of water for a quick supper in the late evening. Ironically, it seems to me the best maintained item in the entire flat is the little plant on its coffee table.

Too many stairs

Lovely stay, one of us has a very bad back and the stairs were difficult. Would have chosen elsewhere if we had known there were numerous stairs. The clothes dryer didn’t work?

The apartment was nice and close, in the Main Street and easy walking distance. Very quiet area. The only down fall would have to be, the beds are really hard 😕, even the kids commented on it!

Air con in b/room didn’t work. Rang desk and maintenance fixed quickly. Stayed on 3rd level which was a bit much when your in your 70’s, would not have booked if we knew that first. Otherwise it was clean and tidy.

While the property was in a very convenient location, and mostly clean, the shower and bath were dirty and the couch was manky. In the kitchen there were no oven mitts, and only one threadbare tea towel, so i nearly burned my hands getting the tray out. Some of the blinds were broken and couldn't open at all. Otherwise, the secure parking was good to have, it was in a great location and check in/out was easy
