Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay.

I was lucky to get a very nice room! Overall it was very nice! The only thing that annoyed me really was a check-in. Check-in was absolutely inconvenient! 8/10 is my rate!

Very busy hotel, often very noisy because of loud music from the surrounding area especially late at night even when staying at the 45th floor. 6 elevator often very busy require some patience.

Perfect to discover Batumi I could not have hoped for a better place for my first time in Batumi: Great location, close to many sites as it is in the center. What is best here is the staff: Especially Ninaka and Nino made our stay as comfortable as possible in every step. Starting from the beginning, they were generous with their friendship and care. Whenever we need assistance, they were there at the front desk to offer assistance. Nino and Ninaka, two young ladies were amazing on any concern we had, which made our stay unforgettable. Lachyn

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel orbi D blok. Nino - guest relations manager and the rest of the staff made sure our stay is comfortable. Nino was generous with asking us (through whatsup )everyday if we need anything and she made sure we are comfortable. SHE was always available to offer assistance and show us hospitality. Her recommendations were good. She warmly welcome us and friendly told us goodbye when we were departing. The room was clean and was tended to every day. Staff are available at the lobby all day. The location of the hotel is excellent. We returned every afternoon to rest and recuperate and then went out again. See you again in autumn and appreciate your hospitality.

Worst experience ever

Orbi city itself is a big mess. Staff knows only 1 sentence: "I don't know". Before visiting there, I advise to research about it deeply.

Genel olarak iyiydi

Otel merkezi konumdaydı. Sahile sıfır. Temizlik iyiydi. Olumuzluk olarak resepsiyon görevlileri Türkçe hiç bilmiyor. Anlaşmamız zor oldu. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk kalmamıza rağmen yorgan ve yastık sayısı yetersizdi fark edip söyledikten sonra temin ettiler. Tuvalet kağıdı ve sabun 1 taneydi bittikten sonra istediğimizde ertesi gün vereceklerini söylediler. Zaten 2 gün kaldık. Sabun zaten çok küçüktü. Çevresinde marketler var ancak ülkemize göre pahalı. Genel anlamda iyiydi ufak tefek sorunlar dışında bir sorun yaşamadık.
