Location was fab. Accommodation was perfect. The shower was not the warmest which was a shame with 5 people needing to use it. Also, on our second night some people were having what sounded like a party outside our door. There was rubbish everywhere when we left the morning after. I would still recommend it for location, price, and simplicity of check in.

The location was conveniently located next to a bus stop. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all of the accommodations that we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

The property management was very responsive to requests and questions. Apartment was clean, roomy, and well appointed. A wide variety of food, bith fresh and cooked was nearby.

Really clean place with nice decor. Convenient and relaxing stay. Has a place right at the door that you can unload your suitcases etc. Free parking on street parking from 1830 to 0830 but will have to find parking during working hours (plenty of places on Your Parking App). Stayed with family and it's perfect for staying with small children. Lift access to the apartment, well stocked kitchen with good appliances and clean plates etc. Washing machine as well. 2 large comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with good water pressure. Really was a home away from home. Bus stop right outside the place and a 24 hour convenience store across the road. Plenty of small restaurants close by. Mosque also close by for any Muslims. Check in was easy as was check out. Good place to explore Borough Market, London Bridge and Tower Bridge. No tube station within walking distance but Elephant and Castle is close by on a bus. Overall really good and would recommend.

Excellent place to stay near bermondsey. 15 mins to train was great, and right on bus line. Description made it sound like it was on train line, but that's okay. Great apartment. Modern and lots of space

Great apartment!!!! really clean and a good size two big double bedrooms nice kitchen with everything you could need. We had car but great bus and train links right outside and uber only £9 into central London we stayed for two nights for our visit to 58th street jazz club we had a great time highly recommend both apartment and jazz club.

The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself was very disappointing. The rooms are heavily worn out, the furniture was dusty, and there was a strong musty smell upon arrival, which immediately made the place feel unclean and unwelcoming. The online pictures are very misleading. The carpets were frayed, there were many stains on the floors, and even one of the bed covers had stains on it, which felt really unhygienic. We were offered a late check-out by phone as compensation, but the check-out email still stated the original time, which caused confusion, so we left on time to avoid problems. The location was also disappointing, with hardly any nice cafés or shopping nearby. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Check in was hectic. Their system to collect payment is not streamlined. There is no service just outside the property so we were waiting in the cold to finish check in for 45 minutes. when we did get in touch the property manager “went on break” right when we were trying to get check in instructions extending our time outside in the cold. We had to start the process over with another representative. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. I flagged this and they took a whole day to get back to us. They had a “boost” feature which extended the hot water to about 6 minutes. With 3 people staying in the apartment one of us was always taking an ice cold shower. Communication was poor. The property itself was nice, clean and comfy but the ice cold shower and poor communication from the property manager really made the stay rather unpleasant. Wouldn’t return for that reason.
