Great Location in RhiNO

Hotel is in a great location in RhiNo. The walkability to restaurants is amazing. The apartment was a good size. We had some issues with the air conditioner cooling. The Sonder property was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this property. From the location, washer/dryer, size of the apartment, amenities, price, right down to the earplugs on the night stand. If you need a place to stay in Denver this is the place.

This place was wonderful. It met all of our needs. There was a storage area to place our items before checking in. Very prompt with communication. The amenities met our expectations and beyond. It was nice to have our own washer and dryer. I have stayed in a Sonder before and will continue.

Overall the stay was excellent. It takes a little bit to get a response from someone on the app but once they do respond, they are great. The major downfall is the parking. It is street parking only so good luck w/ that & there are no public parking lots close by & all public parking is expensive per day.

Property was beautiful and spacious! No check in, but help was just a phone call away when our key code didn't work initially. Extra supplies were always available in the "lobby" (coffee, towels, toilet paper, etc.). We rented the 2 bedroom unit which was PERFECT for our needs. Recommend highly!

This place is very clean and modern. It provided everything we need during our stay. The communication was easy through the app. Street parking was very easy to find in the front or right across the street. I will stay here again next time.

Property itself was clean and nice, if a bit sparse. We had continuous issues getting hot water and had to wait forever until Sonder customer service answered our text (they never did answer our phone call). On the second day with tricky hot water, the Sonder person texted that I wasn’t using it properly? It’s a shower so I just expect to turn it on and get hot water. Anyhoo, despite a few surprising cold showers, I guess it was decent. Not great parking so be prepared. Also, your door code does not work until 4 pm, not a minute less.

Pretty Good Stay in Denver

Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless. Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. Lots of fun places to eat and drink on Larimer Street—but no grocery nearby which kind of sucks since the room is equipped for a long stay.

The apartment was clean and smelled good when I arrived. It was very quiet and had everything I needed to have a good stay. A grocery store (Natural Grocers) is accessible by foot (15-20 min walk), and so are a few coffee shops with wifi. I came for a concert that took place at the Mission Ballroom. I went there by foot too (20 min walk), and felt safe coming back alone (I am woman). Access to the building and to the apartment was easy, especially if one has downloaded the Sonder app. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Not worth the Cost

The location was great. The property was not, they only had three towels and one hand towel for an apartment that sleeps six! The “essentials” cabinet had nothing in it. The earplugs on all the beds should have been an indicator of what to expect. You could hear all the neighbors, so much noise sleeping was terrible. The whole building smelled like garbage the entire time. The AC/heat worked well so that was nice.. there are way better options in the area for the price we paid.

Convenient though impersonal

Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great location for our needs.

Nice place that doesnt feel like a hotel.

This was my first time staying at this type of establishment. It felt more like an apartment versus a hotel which was very nice. The area this particular place is situated can get very loud at night. They do supply you with earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall a cool experience.
