It was good and clean. We stay in this building yearly due to location. 1. No window view, and we didnt like looking in to neighbor's windows or them ours. Keep blinds closed. Lol 2. Master bed broke when my wife sat on it. 3. No Keurig or pod style coffee machine. Other than those 3 things, it was good.

We did not stay here! Although I completed the online form for the property twice, the payments did not process properly, communication with the property was not easy nor did it solve the problem, and we ended up leaving and finding a better option. The person onsite at the desk was reluctant to call the company, and when she finally did, she seemed bothered and was dismissive of the situation. The property looked great, and it's a shame it didn't work out. Sadly, I won't take the risk of working with this company again in the future.

The only real good thing is the location. Apartment was less than basic. The bathroom lights did not work in either bathroom. We called customer service and was told they would come the next day to fix. They never came. The master bed was broken at the foot so the bed was on a deep angle so we rolled towards the end. When we were driving we had to call and ask where to park. We were told the nearest parking garage was two miles away. When we arrived we saw there was a garage directly around the corner. We arrived to check in and there was no concierge at the desk. There was another couple waiting and they had been there fifteen minutes waiting. No sign stating return time. Finally arrived after another ten minutes later. Only two towels for four people. All over less than pleasing experience for price paid.

Ok - good location, everything else poor

The apartment was very clean and in a fantastic location – only a 3-minute walk from the White House. Having an in-unit washing machine was also a rare and useful perk. However, there are several important things to be aware of. This is not a hotel, but a residential building. There is no reception or on-site customer service, so if you encounter issues, you’re on your own. On check-in, you are simply handed a key, and that’s it. The biggest frustration was parking. The advert and email I received before arrival stated to “pull a ticket at the garage and pay the overnight rate ($28).” In reality, the garage is run by an attendant, it closes at 11pm, and you’re expected to check in with them first (which I was never told). I arrived at 10:55pm and was met with a very unhelpful and rude attendant who was upset I hadn’t checked in earlier. The whole process was unclear and stressful, and I ended up being charged $30 per night instead of the $28 advertised. Finally, while the apartment was spotless, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were excellent, the lack of transparency, poor parking experience, uncomfortable beds, and absence of customer service let this stay down.

Good Sized Clean Apartment in Great Location!

The location was fantastic! Within walking distance to all the attractions. Right across the street from the White House. Good size apartment with full kitchen. It was clean, but bring your own blankets, some pillows have feathers for those with allergies. The Concierge is not very helpful like the front desk attendant at a hotel.

Perfect location to see the sights and visit the White house. Only thing we didn't like was the beds, queen bed was extremely noisy and the pull-out mattress the springs are pushing through the mattress.

The Global Luxury Suites at The White House‘s location was great, it is only a couple of blocks away from the White House which gives plenty of options for people to do things and eat at (the Cheesecake Factory is literally right next door). The rooftop views were awesome, parking was convenient as it was in the same building, and it is spacious. The only down falls we had was some outlets were loose and not working, no USB chargers, a bedroom door could not be closed as there was a cord in the doorway that connected to the WiFi and cleanliness could of been a little bit better. These are easy fixes that I believe will be addressed.

We had a great stay, the a/c wasn’t as cold as we expected but other than that we really loved the location and the property as a whole. The unit was very close to all the major attractions in downtown DC.

We stayed with 5 friends at this property and it was perfect for our stay. Fairly walkable/conveniently located to where we needed to go. Check in was easy, and the property was in great shape. I would recommend for groups of 4-5.

This was our first time staying at this location, but it will not be our last. It was absolutely perfect in every way. It is safe and secured, with a locking door that you can only gain entry with a fob. There is always a friendly concierge at the desk. The lobby area was pristinely clean and quiet. Our apartment was clean and organized. Fully functional with all of the amenities of home. This is walkable distance from all of the monuments, The White House, and Arlington if you are sight seers like we are. The Cheesecake Factory is right next door! CVS is around the block. It really is a perfect location. I cannot attest to parking because we did not utilize that area. Easy pickup location for Uber as well.

Bathrooms & kitchen cabinets needs redoing. Beds in both room squeaks like crazy. Had to lay still or your partner will wake up. Bedroom doors are hard to close tight & open, it needs fixing. Had to replace the bed sheets & clean the room before checking out. There's no housekeeping. We felt like we were at home cleaning. Parking over night is $30 a night. Room was Expensive.
