Nice hotel but needs clearer transport options

Really nice rooms and helpful staff. The only downside is that this is an airport hotel but has no airport shuttle bus. They offered an overpriced taxi for the 2km trip and didn’t inform me that there are plenty of private buses to the airport which can be hailed outside the hotel.

Room did not have ac. Tiles in bathroom were cracked. But over all it was in a good neighborhood. Cleaning staff was nice but the reception staff was average. The First Lady was helpful but afterwards the receptionist would not pay attention and was always on her personal phone.

Impossible to sleep

English: The hotel has a busy avenue in front that makes it impossible to sleep. I knew this in advance from previous guest reviews so I begged to be given a room that did not face the avenue. They denied it to me claiming not to have more rooms even when it was very clear that the hotel was empty.

Not what I expected

Checking in was less than satisfactory. Desk agents were not very helpful. Too much road noise and difficulty sleeping through the night. Breakfast quailty depended on suite type i guess. Wifi in room never could connect. Local transportation cost $25k pesos per person each way. Uber was 9k . No brainer

Booked a room for 4 people, but when arrived it had a double bed and a sofa big enough for 1 person and maybe a small child, and no bed sheets. When asked the people at the reception, they told me it was an independent owner and had to call someone else. We arrived at 2am so I had to sleep onbthe floor with no sheets TV did not work. Ran out of toilet paper and had to call the number and wait for about 40min tobget toilet paper because reception could not help One night neighbors had a party at 2am with the loudest music ever. Could not sleep at all The overall experience was horrible There are plenty of other options around the area, which is beautiful and worth visiting

Just going to be honest

OK, I’m going to be brutally honest. It is not a horrible place to stay. However, there are some things that really need to be mentioned. The sweets are individually owned, and you have to receive a code to get in via WhatsApp. So, if you are a foreigner, make sure that you have WhatsApp installed, and you have cellular service. Second, there is no air-conditioning in the suites. The temperature outside at night is cool. But there is humidity. I just could not get comfortable enough to really sleep. Third, the walls are paper thin. At 2 o’clock in the morning I had to listen to the people in the room next to me moaning as they had sex. If none of these things bother you, then it’s the perfect place for you. I however, will not be back.

Recepción extremadamente hostil. Se necesitan pasar muchos filtros de confianza para poder ingresar hasta la recepción del hotel. realmente molesto ese tramite que hace sentir a huesped intimidado por la desconfianza. Adicional, luego al poder entrar a la recepción, ellos no tienen la reserva registrada sino que tienen que consultarla en otro lugar haciendo que el tramite sea demorado y tenso ante la incertidumbre. Realmente una mala experiencia personal.
