Exceptional Stay!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, the hotel is very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was a great bonus, and the breakfast was also very good. A special thanks to the kind housekeeping staff member who made tea for me when I was sick and to the lovely receptionist who did the same. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

A really fine, quiet, safe, clean hotel. The fridge a particularly welcome addition. Very nice place for the included breakfast. Only complaint: the service in the breakfast room was S-L-O-W!! And very limited choice. No grains, no yogurt, no cereal, almost no fresh fruit. That should be fixed. Everything else excellent!

Very nice place and perfect to explore Chapinero. The room is quiet as in a residential street. The only constructive criticism is the breakfast: it took them 35 minutes to actually bring me the breakfast as I felt they forgot about me and I felt a big ignored (as the English speaker at the property).

Convenient hotel in restaurant district

Sofia and Cesar were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a kitchenette with mini fridge and air fryer. The area is safe and has a ton of restaurants. Tasty, full hot breakfast included.
