Friendly staff and the room was perfect. Had a whole kitchen, washing machine with drying function, a comfortable bed and couch plus sunset views from the balcony. Only - is the construction noise by the pool. Its next to Sheikh Zayed Road, so a good location to explore the city from.

The halls smelled bad - the room was not cleaned properly- the amenities were not refilled not even filled when I first checked in - the AC was not cooling as it should although it was on the lowest temperature. Unfortunately it was not a great experience.

I booked a room for 3 adults and they provided me with me one bedroom apartment with no sofa or extra bed and refused to provide me an extra bed saying that this is enough for 3 adults. And they asked for an extra charge for an extra bed despite i have paid for an 3 adult fair. Very disappointing.
